Prompt service

Chrissy was very prompt in calling me across to the customer service desk, when she spotted the customer before me at an another till had a lot of goods to go through. Service with a smile.

I was served by a lovely lady at the…

I was served by a lovely lady at the checkout called Carol at Upton Wirral. I gave a donation to McMillan and I told her why it was so important to me. We had a little chat and she was so kind and empathetic. So nice to speak to a older person who can add so much value to a store.

Excellent Customer Experience

Carol was extremely friendly, greeted me warmly and promoted not only the sponsored charity - but also Homebase extremely positively.

Wonderful staff

We are always treated well at our local store. Staff are genuinely lovely. Carol served us at the checkout and she is a star but we were also helped with paint mixing by another member of staff and he was great too.

Excellent service

Easy to order online. I was notified straightaway that my order would be ready for pickup soon. When I went to pick it up it was ready & waiting. Couldn’t have been more simple.
