Job was completed the same day, the place was left clean.
Very professional approach.
My loft looks cozy now.
I can't wait to see the benefits.

We can't sell our home because we have had the foam put in. Buyer are unable to get a mortgage. And I now have a property I want to move to, until it's removed I am stuck. What are home logic going to do about this problem. we have told them but they have not offered to remove it or pay for it to be done.I do not want to loose my new home p!ease reply 5907530 041643

The men did a good job going by the photos. I haven’t been in the loft waiting for my son in law to go up.
I wasn’t happy with the mess they made on the carpet, l think they should wear covers over there shoes. I know the loft would be messy with just having had a new roof. I had no problems with the men doing the job they seemed good lads.

Your Home Logic representatives were very knowledgeable in their work. They were tireless, well spoken and very clean in the clean up afterwards.

The guys were very good

Your employees were courteous, explained the procedure, laid out a protective sheet and explained that I should not go into my loft for the next 48 hours (in fact I haven't been up there as yet as I don't store anything in the loft). I am hopeful that over time my heating bill will be reduced.

The guys that fitted our batteries were clean polite and thoughtful.

Workmen were on time, polite and left the area they were working tidy. Showed photos of their work and explained the work they had completed.

Service was prompt and efficient, the whole process from placing the order to the scaffold being struck taking under three weeks.
All site personnel were well presented and polite, and absolutely no dramas with the installation process.

The workmen were cheerful, happy and friendly. They arrived on time and started right away to clear the loft. They were very competent and kept me inform of what was going on at every step of the way. They cleared up after themselves and left the area spotless and tidy. Very good value for money.

The 'Sales pitch' beforehand was informative and thorough, with two experienced and friendly guys that showed us the advantages of the process.
A date for operation was arranged and we were called twice beforehand to confirm that all was still ok with the chosen date.
The experience itself was superb, a friendly and obviously experienced father and son team carried out the process with precision and professionalism making very little mess or damage throughout whilst manhandling obviously complicated equipment.
Once completed the younger, very polite guy took our money and said someone would be with us shortly to get rid of the discarded previous insulation, and in due course someone did a couple of hours later.
All in all an experience that deserves a 5* rating.

I was expecting Home Logic to evaluate their recent work on my property. They failed to turn up. I've not received an explanation or apology..

Very good experience all-round. I wrote a review and then went to Trustpilot to read the advice on writing reviews after which I could not get back to the review I had written and was not about to start with it all over again. Sorry!

A cheerful team arrived at 9.30-ish and had finished by 12.45-ish. All done, clean, neat and tidy

The two lads that entered my house were courteous, polite and welcomed the coffee I made for them,
The work progressed extremely well and I had no problem with the way they left my home.
All in all it was a an extremely good experience.
