Both of you have been so helpful. Right from before we even purchased the hot tub you advised us on where it should be positioned. Installation was done on time with information pack given and knowing their was help at the end of the telephone line during the very hot spell was invaluable. Re-ordering products was easy on line and delivered within two working days. Absolutely great.!

Helen and Tony were very helpful when we purchased our first proper hot tub. We had a blow up one before so this was a completely different purchase and they were both very helpful. Delivery and set was excellent. We had lots of included items, one being a lovely bottle of Prosecco and 2 plastic champagne flutes. We were shown how to set up all the chemicals etc. Excellent service. Thank you both very much.

Amazing service very friendly and professional

Very efficient family firm with a large stock of Jacuzzi hot tubs. We chose one and had very good advice through all the process of getting hard-standing and electrics installed. The tub was delivered to exactly the right spot behind the house.
The after sales service has also been very good, lovely people to deal with.

It has now been two years since I purchased a Spa Crest hot tub from Hot Tub Village. Both Tony and Helen offered a very friendly, professional and personal service since my very first visit to the shop. I'm a strong believer in paying a little extra for quality items and in my two years I have had no problems with my hot tub whatsoever. Due to the high quality build, I have also not noticed an impact with my electricity bills despite having the hot tub on 24/7 all year round and it being used quite regularly. Tony and Helen are always quick to respond to any queries and will go out of their way to help if they can. I would strongly recommend buying from Hot Tub Village if you are looking for a quality hot tub with great customer service.
