R.I.P. Interhome ... outdated, inflexible, and not recommended
I have had a nearly twenty year relationship with Interhome, first as a landlord in Zermatt, then as a renter. Now living in the USA I always viewed Interhome as a kind of lifeline back to Switzerland. This has now ended. The impetus is that I lost 80% of my booking fee (about $4,000) without refund or possibility when I had to cancel our trip due to the recent Corona virus omicron outbreak. The company showed ZERO understanding and flexibility even for rebooking in March. I probably sent 10 emails, made 8 phone calls both to the local office and the Zurich office and every time was connected to a different person. Interhome has really gone downhill and is now based on an outdated business model, outdated processes and borderline predatory practices. Needless to say they have lost a customer of 20 years and I cannot say strongly enough that I warn any potential customer to think twice before booking with Interhome.

Holiday rental accommodation
We always use Interhome to book our holidays in Crans Montana. They have a lot of apartments and chalets to choose from at different price levels.
The accommodation is always as stated and is also always spotlessly clean and tidy.
The staff at Interhome are excellent and always very helpful and friendly. Everything is completed quickly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble.
