Awful service, they rent to absolutely anyone with zero vetting. Their guests have been consistently rude and obnoxious, with complete disregard for neighbours and other holiday makers.

It is very unfortunate that you were on the receiving end of something such as this; something that is actually very rare amongst our clientele. It is true that we do not vet our guests before arrival, this is simply not done within our company and many other holiday home rental companies in the travel industry, as we work with a foundation of trust amongst our guests.
With that said, deposits are in place and taken upon arrival, to protect the homes from any damage that may be caused by any occupants and returned on departure if no damage is detected. It is a shame that you had to experience behaviour that is actually very rare within the company, and that such a rare event has made you feel this way about Interhome. We can only apologise and really hope that you will choose to come back to Interhome once again in the future in order to give us and our guests another chance. We have used interhome for over 40 years and always good service. We much prefer interhome with its staffed offices than airbnb so there is a person to go and see if there is a problem.
This week we have made several queries about the rentals which were answered quickly and promptly and interhome pointed out that building works were going on nearby.

Customer service at Interhome is outstanding…
Customer service at Interhome is outstanding. We usually rent in villages in Switzerland that have Interhome offices. Employees there are familiar with the public transportation system, our usual mode of transportation and are generally multi lingual.they respond right away to answer our questions. Interhome employees went out of their way to get us a Nespresso coffee machine once and also brought us at times to the rented premises with all of our luggage.
