Good product but no instructions
Filter was delivered on time and was easy to fit. However, I had to Google how to change it as there are no instructions in the package.

Bought a tap 2-3 years back
Bought a tap 2-3 years back. Water tank started leaking. For a product which cost me over £400 plus the filter replacements costing £36 each time, I was surprised to see it fail in just over 2 years. Called them and their response was that I have to buy a brand new tank for £200 for repair the existing one for £120. I don't think it's worth investing in considering you will have to spend £200 every 2/3 years to replace the tank. Shame as the tap was decent aswell until recently where the boiling tap handle button got jammed

HI, very sorry you are having trouble. The systems have a standard 2 year warranty but we offer a repair service after this at a cost of £120. This includes postage and all parts costs. if your system is out of warranty then the options are the repair or a replacement tank. Regards David

British company offering top class product, easily contactable technical support. Bought the Kensington 4-1 tap and 4l tank.
Cheaper then competition but no compromise on quality and efficiency
Max temp set at 98 degrees makes sense, more then hot enough and no spurting.
Filter on subscription competativly priced.
Highly recommended based on experience

Hey Jude, thanks for the lovely review. The filters use an advanced technolgy inside so they don't remove the Calcium and Magnesium but stop them from forming the Calcium Carbonate. The other stage of the filter reduces contaminates etc. Had them developed now for 2 years and they have been a big hit. Thanks David

Really great tap at a much lower price and amazing service
Really great tap at a much lower price than the brand beginning with Q. We bought a tap with a chiller and the chiller had a faulty thermostat. Called up and spoke to David and got a new chiller unit the next day. You find out how good a company is when you have an issue and Intu were amazing. If you need a boiling water tap the don’t hesitate using Intu you won’t be disappointed
