Very happy with the 4 in 1 tap, it's been working for a year, easy to put together, one little issue leaking valve and they sent a new one return of post, very helpful and they answer their messages which is not the norm with some companies.

An excellent product. Delivered the next day. Quality purchase, wish I'd bought one earlier!!!

Great product and works well as advertised.
The omission of the correct instructions was avoidable and up to date video tutorials would be a benefit .

We have had our INTU 4in1 boiling water tap for about 18 months. It was quite straightforward to install and any questions I had were very promptly answered by David, INTU’s Technical Manager.
However, the boiling water tank recently developed a fault. David asked me to return it for repair sending a prepaid Royal Mail voucher. It was promptly returned after repair (David texted to inform me it was on the way back) - now reinstalled and running perfectly.
The world is not perfect so it is sometimes the measure of a company how they deal with any issues that arise. Full marks to David and INTU.

The first one just stopped working, the new replacement one that I had to purchase now leaks!

Order process was very simple and items arrived very shortly afterwards. I installed the tap from underneath the sink which is a nightmare to work with. I had a problem with the threads on the tap not being machined correctly. I drove over to INTU which isn't far away from me and the owner promptly replaced the fittings. Again back under the sink I refitted and there was a leak once all connected. After many hours I took the sink out and fitted everything with the sink out but still the tap leaked. I promptly contacted INTU again and David sent me a short video to inspect the o rings in the tap. Indeed two were damaged. David sent replacements which I fitted and tap no longer leaks.

I would strongly advise that if you are doing a DIY install like I did then try and get the sink out as far easier to work on the other way round.

Overall I was impressed with the service received by INTU and the prompt resolution which is why I chose a local British company.

We also went for the chilled water option which is brilliant as have a soda stream so nice cold water. Also took out the filter subscription as a no brainer at that price and works out roughly the same price as Brita water filters without the hassle. Also took out the 7 year warranty which works out at 25 quid a year.

Great product only beaten by their exceptional customer service. Having instant access to hot beverage really speeds up the appointment re engagement and instead of listening to a low growl of a kettle slowly warming over guessed amounts of water, we are able to spend valuable time engaging and hopefully impressing our clients in timely manor. Big Thankyou to David really above and beyond in helping resolving my installation error. Top work all highly recommend and great product.

I made several enquiries regarding the boiling water taps prior to buying as I had limited space. All enquiries were answered quickly and efficiently. When ordered product arrived quickly and seems of good quality. Fitting was relatively easy, however some of the instructions could have been a bit clearer. Overall very happy with product and would recommend

Efficient service

I have had an Intu 3 in 1 tap for over 3 years now and this review is entirely voluntary. We are still to this date very happy with our tap and with the support we have been receiving from the Intu team since buying our tap.

We cannot recommend them enough and thank David for all the support.

Good quality product and delivered on time.

We had an issue with the boiler it turned out that the local plumber had installed it incorrectly. Dave and the team at intu sent me a replacement boiler and patiently talked me through set up. Fantastic customer service and if I can set one up anyone can. Thank you Dave

We were looking for a new tap to go with our new sink, and this ticks all the boxes. Looks good and is easy to use and the water filter means no more filter jugs cluttering up the kitchen

Our INTU tap is excellent and the filter replacement subscription is both reasonable value and implemented very well. The water being dispensed at 98 makes perfect hot drinks without the spluttering and splurging of a system under pressure.
