As I have grown to expect nothing but excellent service from this company. Never fails to help and give advice. Products are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Brilliant service.

Great company happy to support uk business, had my system for at least 3 years now and it’s been faultless , and I drink a lot of tea !! My only complaint would be how much more expensive they are compared to when I bought mine ….but that’s no doubt our brilliant government taxing the hell out of everything and not the companies fault .

I have a 3-1 boiling tap for this past 5yrs and I could not do without it. I had to replace the PCU a few months ago and recently the bottom of the base unit was leaking. I must say on both occasions the staff were unbelievably helpful, they honestly went above and beyond for me. I actually went ahead and purchased a new tank as it was only slightly more expensive that my original unit was to repair. I am expecting delivery of my new unit tomorrow and I can’t wait to continue using the INTU tap. One of the things we couldn’t do without and I would recommend INTU and their staff to everyone.

Really disappointed with my intu 3-in-1 boiling water tap. Bought around 2.5 years ago and it suddenly stopped boiling. Reached out to the company, but was told they had no record of my sale and that the unit was an old unit. Cost to repair with only a 12 month warranty was £120 or £250 for a new unit altogether (the complete unit only cost £340!). Cannot justify that kind of expenditure every 2.5 years and feel that it is not worth this to just potentially break again. Will either replace my whole tap for another from alternative company or just buy a kettle. Seems a shame as the tap when working was very useful, but just very expensive to maintain as it seems. Live and learn.

I ordered a workstation sink which arrived promptly and was of excellent quality. Sadly I returned from holiday and my kitchen fitters had found that the sink was in fact too big for the unit I had. I contacted INTU who immediately provided labels for return of the item and a refund was duly processed. All of the staff I had contact with were superbly helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend the company or to use them again.

The filter order came quickly once ordered and watching the online instructions helped with changing the filter

Had my Intu 3 in one tap for a year and a half. Brilliant design, easy to maintain, and service from David and the team is exemplary. Great British company that delivers more than the high end brand names for a fraction of the price.

Intu is a brilliant family owned company who make some seriously great products at very affordable prices even when u call them they go out of there way to explain everything absolutely fantastic company brilliant.im writing this review based on my own experiance over the last few years

These taps are incredible. Such a great addition to my kitchen I'm delighted with how functional is or and the matt black finish looks great
