Great boiling tap and customer service second to none

Very good project for my tea , soup, and for any cooking want the hot water. And electric power used less than before. The smart meter show when I change to use it , power was less.

We've been using our Intu hot water tap for a couple of years now, and it's always been really reliable. Recently, it stopped working, so we reached out to Intu's online support. They quickly sent us clear, step-by-step instructions on how to remove limescale from the heat reservoir.

Thanks to their guidance, we were able to fix the issue ourselves—no need for an engineer visit or any guesswork! Now, it's back to working perfectly. Really impressed with the helpful support and how easy it was to get things sorted.

We have had ours for a year or so, what an awesome product. Excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with our hot tap or live without it :) Love it! Highly recommended.

Just received my replacement filter it arrived very quickly well packaged.

Had tap for about 4 years and working great filters seam a bit expensive,but a great product.

The mains water pressure at my sink has been almost halved. (I understand the boiling water needs to be very low pressure, but surely not the mains)
The button to operate the boiling tap, requires a LOT of pressure to push it down.
my Mum with arthritic hands cannot operate the tap as she cant push the button down enough to open it

Fast and efficient delivery. Well packaged. Husband said easy to install with great backup from service team over the phone to clarify a couple of points. Push button for “boiling” water is not too stiff which we had been concerned about. Still notice scum in cups of tea but we do live in a very hard water area. Thank you.

I found Intu on a website search for boiler taps and am really glad I did. I initially looked at all the better known branded products and was put off by the price and some of the reviews about them. I was really impressed with the amount of information and excellent installation videos provided by Intu. They were very helpful clearing up any uncertainties and showed how easy they are to self install.
I also used the chat service to ask about the various taps and warranties. The response was very quick and helpful.

I bought a Nexus 4in1 tap and am delighted with the quality of the tap and accessories provided.
Installation for me personally was a little more difficult to secure the tap base to the sink due to restricted space from my plumbing layout. I still managed to get it done and am delighted with the end result.
I would highly recommend Intu to anyone looking to install a boiler tap.

Responded well to e mail and Rectified the problem with my tap with no hassle at all. I did have to contact them for an update to see how long my tap would be as we were approaching Xmas time. They responded quickly and updated me with a return date which they kept to.

Emailed them about a part and the matter of 2 days I got replacement for my tap brilliant service

Definitely the best feature of our kitchen and would recommend to anyone.
The company have great online recorded resources that explain their products.
I find the subscription process for the filters very helpful, and the process is always smooth.

Great communication with Dave and clear and concise installation instructions included with all the products. I am delighted with my 4-1 tap including a chiller unit which was positioned in an adjacent cabinet but there was sufficient tubing to accommodate this positioning.
