I ordered this item it came quickly I haven’t installed it yet but my daughter as one so that were I got the idea from I liked her one so easy to use

Bought 2 filters for our 4-1 tap so that we don’t run out excellent quick delivery.

Delivery and order placing was all good. Arrived with a broken valve. Clearly seen. Pictures sent. Asked for replacement and was told to just check again and suggested fitting was incorrect. It was broken and leaking. So had to go out and buy another one. Plumber got paid by the hour so that was an extra hour.

I initially contacted INTU more than 10 years ago as they offered a comprehensive solution resolving all my concerns with regards to kitchen taps. The product lasted more than 10 years and we have made good use of it continuously.

Very speedy delivery. Most helpful customer service. Very easy to fit, just take your time and follow the instructions. The pipes are colour coded and labelled. The tap works perfectly, looks great and we are very happy with it.

The quality of the items are excellent and function purfectly. My only complaint is with the instructions which could be more comprehensive. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Excellent customer service and build quality. Flow speed a bit less than previous tap but the boiling tap works well without spluttering.

Good boiling water kit, easy to install and all parts well packaged. Just installed and all going well, hopefully reliability will be good too.

I rang Intu to place an order, I got essential information, the gentleman I spoke to David was so helpful, knowledgeable he prevented me from choosing the wrong tap and making a big mistake. With his help I chose the 4 in 1 and have been delighted with it, so is my husband. Wish we had got one years ago, so easy to install for a handy person or plumber. The filter is very easy to replace and the quality of the tap is excellent.

Delivery was good on time and helpful delivery guy.. no complaints. Like the product this is our second purchase.

Called this Company because one of their taps looked similar to a broken tap, and was trying to find a spare part. They didn't have the part, but following an extended series of photos and questions were able to provide a brand new [discontinued] unit at a VERY reasonable price. Delivered within 48 hours.

I have always wanted a hot tap and after a lot of research I decided to use INTU. I spoke to David initially who answered all my questions [I was dithering about a digital one..]and then awaited delivery and installation. The tap etc was delivered very quickly and the installation was carried out by a brilliant installer [Asher] who I would highly recommend to anyone. At the moment I am extremely happy with my tap [its very early days- while writing this review its only been a week]- but I do feel confident that if I had problems [which I did initially when the pump was faulty - no fault of INTU]- they would be helpful and sort it out.
