The agent, Andrea , who I dealt with was amazing . Not being technology minded., she helped me through every stage of booking my holiday . She found suitable flights and excellent accommodation for my budget as I’m surprising my daughter & 2 wee grandsons aged 6 & 3 . Andrea found me an excellent hotel which has a free shuttle service to Disneyland but more importantly she trawled through many hotels to find what I was looking for . Andre should be commended for her knowledge, patience and so unbelievably kind to me . Andres is a credit to IVYtravel UK

Andrea init was very helpful in trying to find the right holiday in Thailand for us. Unfortunately the holiday that was advertised was a lot cheaper than she could get us for the time of year and the places we wanted to visit so we did not book with her

Came across an add on instagram for ivy travel and after putting in what I was looking for I had a response almost immediately.
Was greeted with a message from ‘Ray’ who found flights, accommodation and tickets for my trip to Disneyland with extras included. And also made adjustments to the search for me. Great customer service! Can tell Ray is a genuinely friendly person and went to all efforts. Thank you again.

Request made for a quote, got a prompt reply from Andrew Clark with a fab package but unfortunately I had a clash in my diary so could go ahead. What's app messages were courteous and quick with photos, internal flights and how many nights in each place. If there were more reviews of actual holidaymakers I think I'd feel more comfortable booking with you, Andrew understood this.

I contacted Ivy Travel about a three destination holiday in Thailand that was advertised on FB. It was all conducted using WhatsApp, with a really wonderful guy called Andrew Clark . He couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He was happy to organise the whole trip, and urged me to call him any time even when in Thailand , if I needed any help.
Unfortunately due to circumstances of mine , I wasn’t able to finalise the trip . Andrew was so understanding and sent me a really lovely message.would recommend Ivy Travel and Andrew.

Andrea arrange everything pick up from each air port transfers where required plus all our excursions.
