The whole team at Jennifer Ashe & Son were fantastic from the very first phone call I made to them.
The service provided was excellent as they took us gently through all the burial and funeral options.
Special thanks to Rebecca who provided wonderful service and was very kind and thoughtful.

As a licensed funeral director myself (in the USA), I was naturally very picky about which funeral home to select to take care of my beloved mother when she passed away in July. I could not have made a better choice than Jennifer Ashe & Son.

From the moment that I entered their Walsall branch, I felt at ease. The staff were welcoming, warm and patient, and all of my (many!) questions were answered fully. Our director was attentive and kind, spent as much time as we needed with us, and had a great sense of humour, which was very much appreciated at such a stressful time. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed and up to date with all aspects of the arrangement, and was always happy to take our calls or respond promptly to our email questions.

When my sisters and I went to view Mum, she was at the Brownhills branch and, again, we were treated with great respect and care, and given plenty of time to say our final farewells.

All of my mother's wishes for her service, and the few things that my sisters and I requested, were all taken careful note of, and the service on the day of the funeral could not have been better. The service director and pallbearers were punctual, smart and kind, and we felt that Mum was in the very best hands for her final visit to church. It was, in all honesty, the "best" funeral that I have ever attended - and I have attended hundreds!

I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son to anyone, or to use them again for any of my own family's bereavement needs. They made the whole process easier and less stressful, and made us feel sure that our Mum was, to them, a valued and individual person - someone that they truly cared about.

Thank you, John Ashe, Philippa Neville, Steven and all of the wonderful staff that worked with us, and helped us during our time of need. You made me proud to be in the profession of funeral service, and my sisters and I are so glad that we engaged your services.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe. From the first meeting all the way through the planning of my moms funeral myself and my family were treated with such compassion and given so much support. They went above and beyond my expectations in everything they did and I felt so much comfort knowing my precious mom was in such good care.

I would highly recommend this funeral director. They were very caring and made the whole process simple and efficient. I was kept up to date on all aspects. The whole family was very impressed with the service they provided and pricing was very reasonable. Staff are caring and immaculately turned out.

Earlier this year I lost my husband and at his request he wanted a cremation only. I choose Jennifer Ashe & Son. They where wonderful and I felt understood. So when I came to doing my own pre paid funeral I went back to them. Again they took the time, to explain everything, and answer all my questions. I feel in safe hands knowing they will take good care of me when the time comes.

I cannot rate Jennifer Ashe high enough. We were treated with such kindness and compassion when arranging my father’s funeral Jo and Rachael supported us all the way, nothing was too much trouble. The send off for my dad was perfect and it is with help from them that it was. I cannot thank them enough.

The staff at Jennifer Ashe dealt with my dads funeral last year, between the Willenhall and Brownhills branches respectively. The care and compassion my dad and the family were treated with was beyond words, we were fully supported with the funeral arrangements to have what we wanted for him, and the simple touches such as a call or text to check how we were made such a difference. We met the staff at one of the worst times in our lives and cannot thank them enough for everything they did.
Military was a big part of who my dad was and allowing us to have the flag, his beret and cap badge on the coffin was so befitting as was the playing of the last post

From the second I walked through the doors of the Brownhills branch I was made to feel welcome, like I was the only person they had to look after and like nothing I said or requested was to much trouble. The care they gave to my Mum was outstanding from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a funeral directors who show personalised care and attanetion to you amd your departed loved one.

I am so thankful to you for taking care of not just my dad but extended their compassion to the family too. You have been absolutely amazing from the very beginning and been there to meet all of our requests, answer our questions and support us through this really difficult time. You have gone above and beyond and we can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for us. You should be very proud of how professional, thoughtful and compassionate you all are.

Willenhall office did a amazing job with my dad very professional and caring and all services I could not fault from embalming , the service and the burial every detail and request they followed through to how we wanted it . I would highly recommend . Very family and friendly oriented cannot thank these people enough for getting us through one of the hardest times in our life and making it everything he would of wanted .

I cannot thank you enough for all the support yourselves have given us as a family on loosing my Grandad Thomas G. Everything you have done for us you went above and beyond nothing was hard for you! Rachael kept in touch throughout and was fantastic in supporting us through it all. Also I would like to say a huge Thankyou to Leon at Cannock Crem for the beautiful and thoughtful service he did for my grandad. Jimmy and the team at the Willenhall branch were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond with the care and support they gave not only to our daughter but to us as a family. Everything I asked for was never to much and they exceeded every expectation. They gave our baby girl the day she truly deserved. They are true angels and always gave the personal touch. I lost my husband 8 weeks ago at the age of 38. He’s left behind me his wife and his 2 beautiful children. I would just like to take this time to thank everybody at Jennifer Ashe and sons at the Willenhall branch for all the care and support they have shown at this really difficult time. There are no words strong enough to thank Jennifer Ashe enough for the care and support that all of the staff at the Brownhills branch gave us following the loss of our beautiful daughter, and sister, Lisa. After an amazing review from one of our friends.We popped into Jennifer Ashe & Son where we were greeted by a lovely lady. We explained that we had never organised a funeral before and didn’t know where to start. The lady then got her colleague Jimmy to speak to us. What can I say what an amazing man he was so professional he listened to what we wanted. He talked us through everything with such compassion. He couldn’t do enough for us. Every call answered as well as every email. Nothing was too much for them. On the day of the funeral Jimmy called to make sure we were all ok and to talk us through what was going to happen. Jimmy recommended Martyn Jinks for our moms service and what can we say he was absolutely amazing everyone has said what a beautiful service it was. We thank Jimmy and his team from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our Mom it was beautiful. As a family we could not recommend them enough.
