We have never had to arrange a funeral before, we dealt with Jimmy at Willenhall he had so much patience, understanding and was respectful to our dad, the personal touches too like the pin badges and the order of services that most family and friends were impressed with, we can not thank you enough for everything that you did to help us in the most heart breaking time of our life’s

Very respectful from the off. Having never had to do anything like this before they went through every detail, respected my late mothers wishes and made the process very easy and kept us updated

Jennifer Ashe are amazing, I really recommend to go with them if you have recently lost a loved one. They have been very supportive throughout the grieving process after me and my partner lost our baby boy. Nothing was too much to ask and every detail for the day was noted. Gabriel’s funeral was perfect and I am so happy I went with Jennifer Ashe. Thank you to John, Leon and Richard for making the day memorable x

This is 2nd time in last 16 moths of using Jennifer ashe & son in willenhall. They looked after my mom in november 2020, and my dad this week. All along they was polite, very respectful and very supportive to us as a family as well. Its heartbreaking to loose a loved one, but choosing this company helped us give mom and dad a good send off. Totally Professional and caring staff at Jennifer Ashe & Son. They really helped us at a very sad and traumatic time, when we lost our beloved father/husband suddenly. The care, dignity and empathy shown to us all, including my late father was comforting and reassuring, of which we were extremely grateful. This is the second time our family have used Jennifer Ashe & sons for a family bereavement and wouldn't use any other. The experience at the Brownhills office was so positive and caring we had no hesitation in using them again for my late mothers funeral.

All the staff were so helpful at a very difficult time, they explained the planning process and the costs involved, nothing was too much trouble. When I went to view my mother prior to the funeral at Willenhall the young man who took me through to the chapel of rest was very smart and polite and could not have been more attentive. On the day of the funeral they called to say everything was going to plan and gave advice at the crematorium. They have kept in touch regarding the internment. I would highly recommend this Company.

They was so nice and made everything so simple to do. It was the second Funeral in 2 years which I used them I went to see my Mom she looked so nice made me feel so much Better I will recommend them to all my Friends .

Overall standard of care and compassion given by all the staff at the Brownhills office, in the undertaking of my wife's funeral, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The upset of the wife's death is still raw, and even now, after three weeks since the funeral, if I call in they have the time too talk and listen, with a sympathetic ear.

This was a hard time for me and I didn't know what I was doing I was organising my first funeral and it was for my sister who died very young and suddenly . I carnt explain how much these people helped from the very start we had to wait for over six months for the funeral to happen but these people showed me nothing but compassion and care all the way through. There was nothing that was to much they took such good care of my sister,me and my family kept in contact all the way through everything we asked for we got even on the day contact from them. I just want to say a special thanks to you all and all those little gestures go a long way,I will never forget the warmth and kindness you showed outstanding service thank-you joe and Rachel.

Helped me through the hardest time if my life losing my big brother, they all went above and beyond especially jimmy and john thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, I visited my brother in the beautiful chapel where all the family were allowed in and they looked after my brother so well, I was even allowed to bring my brother home for two days leading upto his funeral
Thank you all you truly do care and the love shines through in all you do, you gave my brother his dignity and not only that you also cared for me and our family too, thank you is not enough xxx
