Jimmy and the team at Jennifer Ashe & Son, Willenhall were simply amazing!
The respect and dignity they showed to Alan, beloved Husband and Dad, was just fantastic. The care and compassion they gave to my mum and myself was so genuine at such a difficult time. Everything was explained clearly and the packages available were very reasonable. We were guided through everything they could provide, and we felt free to choose what we wanted.
Steve looked after us on the day and he did so with much care and showed the greatest respect to my dad. He did my dad proud!

I lost my wife In December and from the moment I contacted Jennifer Ashe we were treated with compassion at our most difficult time. We Sat down and went over all the different packages that were available and nothing was to much trouble and was explained throughly if you were unsure. We were kept in the touch via calls and E Mails all the way through the process and The Chapel Of Rest to view was also sorted out with the upmost dignity to ourselves and my deceased wife. The Funeral Day itself was very smooth and just how we wanted it. The flowers we ordered from The Jennifer Ashe florist were stunning and the whole day was handled magnificently by all at Jennifer Ashe. They are a marvellous company to deal with at the most heartbreaking and difficult time of life and I would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe to anybody who faces the loss of a loved one.

I lost my beloved husband and our two daughters a wonderful dad, just after Christmas 2021, from the moment we stepped through the funeral directors door, we were treated with the greatest respect, dignity and care. Every detail was explained in an easy and understandable way, no hidden jargon plain English.
We were kept informed of every event, on seeing my husband in the Chapel of Rest, looked at peace and well looked after. The day of the funeral was perfect in every way. Thank you Jimmy for your care, to Leon for the service, you did my husband and us the family proud

We were extremely pleased with the service we received for the funeral of my mother, making the plans and day so much easier. From the initial meeting to the day, everything was organised with compassion and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son.

This company offers a wonderful service very good packages we was well looked after from start to finish my dad had a beautiful send off I will definitely be using these again and I can highly recommend them excellent communication lovely polite friendly staff that look after you exceptionally well

This funeral directors was great from start to finish for my mom they are the bested around and on the day Nothink was a problem and helped me give my mom bested send off they was staff are lovely and friendly and nothink is to much for them .

Jennifer Ashe Funerals we’re so helpful and respectful when dealing with my uncles funeral, there caring attitude and genuine care and compassion are outstanding at such a difficult time.

When we lost our Mom we didn't know what to do, we spoke to John who was calm and talked us through everything. They guided us the whole way, Mom looked beautiful in the chapel of rest and on the day of the service everyone said how smart the men and the cars were. Thank you , you did us proud.

I cannot thank willenhall branch for the full service we received from start to finish with the care of my mom Edna Roberts, her funeral service ran so smoothly and every detail was made so easy for us. Her send off at the graveside with her doves was phenomenal.

We have had other funeral directors in the past when we have lost loved ones. Never have we received such personal service with attention to detail.

I would highly recommend Jennifer ash & sons. Many people at moms wake commented it was the best funeral they had ever attended. Thank you team.
