Fantastic Company
I recently contacted JB Services on behalf of my son as he was unable to due to work commitments. I found them really professional and helpful from the very first contact. They sent an engineer very promptly to replace the boiler once we had accepted the estimate. Through no fault at all of JB the job became more involved due to some faulty existing pipe work but Lewis from JB was absolutely great and got the job sorted with no fuss whatsoever.
We found the firm to be really professional, excellent staff, helpful and competitively priced. We feel very lucky to have found them and absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

These guys are exceptional
These guys are exceptional. Needed a new hot water heater installing and the old one taken out. Had a few people come and say no too big of a job, gotta take a wall down blah blah blah. Within a week of enquiring with JB Heating we have a brand new hot water heater and the old one was removed and taken away, the lads also tidied up after themselves and didn't leave a scrap of mess and didn't have to take a wall down so we are more than happy with the service. Also only took them half a day to complete the work. Exceptional work and will be our first port of call for any other heating/plumbing/gas work. Thanks again to the entire JB team

Efficient and reliable service
It’s been the second annual boiler service. Same as last year, both the admin team staff and the on-site engineer were courteous and efficient in getting the annual service reliably done as scheduled. Really appreciated and recommended without reservation.

The men doing the work seemed efficient, they just got on with it. The timing we were given from the office was very vague however, it would be helpful to be more precise.

Hi Dennis, as confirmed in our emails with the actual homeowner, Mrs. Coates, you were not the customer for this job. While we have worked directly with Mrs. Coates to resolve her concerns and have offered a credit for the return visit, we do not find it appropriate for a third party to post reviews, especially when used as a threat to have invoices canceled. We have reported this to Trustpilot as a violation of their terms.
Efficient service
It was a quick and easy process to book the boiler service on the day that we requested it for followed by a confirmation email.
The engineer arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently.
This is the first time that we have used JB Heating services but cannot fault them.

These guys came to repair and overhaul a really old Stanley range oil cooker that I had struggled to find anyone who even knew what one was,
The initial call out outlined what was needed, to resurrect it by Jordan.
I agreed with the works to be done after having received the quote.
Job was completed well within timescales indicated and as soon as the parts arrived.
Engineer was a total star.
I really can’t fault or recommend this company enough, I am just disappointed I had installed a new boiler only 3 years ago as I would have zero hesitation in using this firm.
Everything you would want in a firm , fair, prompt, professional, knowledgable, clean and tidy
Can’t fault anyone in the team be it admin or engineer.

We booked this company has come and fix…
We booked this company has come and fix our toilet. After calling them up to cancel on the day they still arrived. My partner told them we no longer needed them and he said we would be billed anyway as we didn’t cancel all what we did so he then almost forced his way in the property to carry out other works that wasn’t necessary and then they sent a quote stating they had fixed the toilet, I would avoid this company if the others seem good that’s why we use them and look how it turned out for us

I can absolutely recommend JB Heating, from the first phone call to the final finish, they were tremendous to deal with.
