A very good service by this company
A very good service by this company, I really must praise Jordan, the young lad who worked non stop, all day, with Steve to sort out the replacement of my boiler, with a state of the art Worcester Bosch system pressurised boiler, there were a few teething problems at first, but they were quick to sort these out. I am very pleased with all the work carried out, well done, guys and THANKYOU also to Charlotte, Jonathan and all at JB heating, THANKYOU.

Excellent service
Excellent service, very professional and friendly. lost a star because they had to go out for copper pipe even though they knew that they were moving the pipework at least a foot higher plus if you are a plumber I would have expected copper pipe to be in the van. This makes a difference when you are paying by the hour and not for the job.

Baxi back boiler to new combi
From first contact to completion, communication was great, as were the prices compared to quotes from 'small local tradesmen'. Attended on time each day, Ethan and Sean were superb throughout, not sure how they completed the work without making any mess! Many thanks, highly recommend.

Boiler Replacement
From original breakdown through getting quotes and fitting of new boiler, the experience with JB heating has been exceptional.
Contact with the pleasant office staff kept me regularly informed of dates and times far appointments.
The engineers arrived at the time specified, were courteous and worked professionally.
All surfaces were protected with dust sheets and the final installation is neat and tidy.
All rubbish was removed and the floors and pavement were swept.
Very professional team.

10 out 10.The level of service was outstanding from booking the job and having the job completed. Friendly staff great value for money. The company really restored my faith in human kindness. They attended for a boiler repair, advised the boiler did not require any parts and had the boiler up and running within the hour, the boiler kept losing pressure with no heating or hot water. I must admit this company is one the best and leading the way from experienced staff to a first time resolution. You are the best
