We couldn't fault the service provided by Lewis and the other 3 men in the crew who undertook our house removal.
They were all friendly and put at us at our ease on what can be a stressful day.
They made light work of our mountain of boxes and furniture and easily found solutions to moving some of our more difficult items.
Nothing was to much trouble for them..
We would highly recommend them and Jeakins who we found to be a very professional company.

We were anxious about moving home and contacted Jeakins after this company were recommended. We spoke with Vicky and Michelle in the office who made the admin side of the process so simple. This family run business could not have been better, we can’t thank them enough. Jordan and Scott took care of our move. Both were ultimate professionals who took everything in their stride. Our requests were taken on board and were carried out with a smile. Both are an asset to the company. The cost of the move was competitive and reasonable, a very punctual service. Thank you!

Billericay to Billericay removal. From start to finish the efficiency of Jeakins removals was 5 star. Every staff member we met and spoke to were so friendly and helpful especially the ladies in the office. The removal guys were amazing and made sure our removal day was worry free.

Moving is never easy, especially when going from an apartment on the 2nd floor to an apartment on the 4th floor. How these guys do it and make it look so easy, then go to bed and get up and do it again the next day is beyond me, so every single penny is worth it. Competitively priced, local and knowledgeable, with years of family experience handed down - it really is rare to find a business like this in todays world, and the hundreds of positive reviews speak for themselves. I even got my Mum to use them moving 2 weeks after me, and she was so glad she listened.

Honestly, and I genuinely mean it, look nowhere else if you're in the area. Made stressful moving day super easy, at a great price and even sent me a card afterward to thank us and welcome us to our home. Extra mile stuff that means a lot.

The crew Scott, Reg and Tony move us from our 3 bed house into our 2 bed bungalow. Their help was second to none, nothing was to much for them. As a couple in our 70s, we were looked after throughout. We had a great laugh too.

Right from the start when Kevin turned up and quoted for our move to moving day this firm were fantastic, Kevin said he'd put the A team on our move and he certainly did they were great no damages whatsoever and very friendly and efficient nothing was to much trouble.

It is good to have a business that takes the stress out of the move process. From the first contact with Keith who attended to quote and advise on moving options. During this process it was identified that storage was going to be required. The manner in which Keith presented this won the contract. The day of collection Scott and Ben were in attendance. It was noted on the signed contracts what time the crew should be expected to arrive. There was a major accident on the A12 which meant the crew were delayed. Scott was in contact with me by phone to explain that they would be late and I was keep up to date on their expected arrival. When on site Scott and Ben worked so hard to place my belongings into the lorry. They carried on the high level of customer service seen from the first point of contact. The date was agreed for my property to come out of storage and Lewis and Karl arrived at the expected time to unload. They like Scott and Ben worked so well and ensured that the various items were located in the various rooms as expected. Both teams gave great attention to detail and no damage being caused.
The whole process including contact with Vicky in the office was a seamless process. You can see the effort and work that is placed in It is a long established family business and you can see why.
I would not hesitate to use Jeakins again and would recommend them.
This is a team effort and I would thank everyone for their efforts in the whole process.

From start to finish, dealing with Jeakins was an absolute pleasure.

We were having work done and so needed all our downstairs furniture removed and stored for a week.

From the initial email from me asking is this was a service Jeakins provided to the end when the work was finished and the furniture was brought back and assembled everything ran like clockwork.

Michelle coming and pricing up, Vicky arranging the date, Steve (AKA Reg), Dave and Scott doing a great job in making sure all our stuff was well looked after made this last week hassle free and nothing was too much for any of them.

What a great team, moved from Basildon Essex to Broadstairs Kent all went without a hitch well pleased with the service recieved

I found this company by chance when I was out walking, I moved from East Tilbury to Norfolk on Monday 25th and you could not fault this company, the 2 chaps that came we’re not only punctual but took great care of my personal belongings. Before I moved Vicky in the office made sure everything paperwork wise sorted out, also the after care from Vicky was excellent.Anyone who is moving soon I would recommend this company all the way .

extremely professional customer service and on the day to removing our house to move the two lads jordan and scott make the experience extra peaceful and easy in a stressful time. they took great care of our stuff in transit even with 6 tv's and 8 mirrors nothing was broke scratched or dented. would go nowhere else if needed to move again and will be passing their number to family friends and anyone that asks

Couldn’t rate Jeakins high enough when it comes to taking out the stressful part of moving.
There were three separate parts to our move, the first moving my belongings from Brentwood and into storage. The second 5 months later, moved my partner’s contents from Laindon up to Norfolk with the final leg of being reunited with my prized possessions a week later. Phew!!! 😅.
The whole process was done in a professional and friendly manner from Michelle trying to accommodate us moving dates which kept changing, Vicky and Ken who was always helpful when we popped down for boxes and more importantly to the removals guys Scott, Kyle (Lyle 😂), Jordan, Harry, Dave and sorry can’t remember other guy’s name, you were all brilliant!
Overall would definitely recommend Jeakins to anyone moving! 5 stars!!!
