Having had my KIA Sportage serviced…
Having had my KIA Sportage serviced here (at great expense) for the last 5 years I have now decided enough is enough.
At the last service in January 2018 I was quoted over £200 to replace the rear brake discs and pads and £120 each for 2 new tyres. I politely declined and went and got the brakes done for £85 and the tyres for £105 each. To save you the maths that's a saving of £145 !!
Since then I have been receiving emails asking me if I would like the work done (which I ignored as I had already declined their offer at the time) and today 24th May 2018 I received a phone call asking if I wanted the work done.
This is nothing other than harassment. Not only that but why on earth would they leave it 4 months to ask me if I wanted my car to be safe.
I'm afraid to say that I was quite short with the lady who rang me but their behavior is totally unacceptable and is certainly the final straw for me and I will not be returning to them for future servicing or any other work.

Really ? It needs a new sensor in the passenger front tyre . 🤔
Excellent service from start to finish
I called the dealership prior to my visit and a spoke to Richard who arranged an appointment for me. Richards was extremely helpful and assisted me in choosing the right car for my needs and budget. Once deciding on which car (Kia Picanto) the process of purchasing was easy, I was told step by step what was happening and when it would happen (keeping me in the loop)! I collected my new car less than two weeks later and again the service, help and advice I received was brilliant. I would not hesitate in recommending Richard or Jennings Kia to anyone. I am really pleased with my car and the whole purchasing experience.

Bought a KIA Ceed from Jenningskia Washington and traded in my 4 year old Hyundiai30. The salesman Peter Hudson showed genuine interest in my requirements and basically nothing was too much trouble. After test driving the car I went away to think about the deal offered. There was none of 'you should make a decision now approach' which I had experienced at a different show room (not KIA). The next day I decided to go ahead with the deal I had negotiated. From start to finish I was kept informed of the expected delivery date.
I like the car very much and would not hesitate to recommend KIA and jenningsKia Washington.

Hi there, had my Kia Sportage 2 weeks, and Oh my days, its comfortable, easy steering, its compact for my needs and it's like driving through the air, its that smooth. Kia At Preston Park Industrial Estate could not have done any better in keeping me up to date with looking for a vehicle for my needs to collecting the car I chose. Anyone wondering about these cars, you have to test drive one. Going on someone elses word is never enough, lets face it, you dont buy a car because your friends say so lol. The only thing I would say, if you want specific items on your vehichle like driving sensors, sat nav and ect or adaptations, you must talk to the staff.
Driving the car is easy, smooth transmition between manual gears, pretty quiet for a deisel, mines a 1.7 cdri and its sweet. Just check what you want and make sure you know the boot side incase you have dogs, buying or leasing a car might become bad if you get a car and you have not thought about, Oh the pets.
Helpful staff, friendly and efficient service.
Steve Flack and his team made us feel welcome and important customers without being pushy. We also got a good deal on a new sorento taking our old one in part exchange. If the service department is as good when we need it, we'll be happy.

Kia Sportage tremendous
From the first time we walked through the showroom doors the staff at Jennings kia were very professional , very knowledgeable and very pleasant.
I would have no hesitation at all recommending them to any of my friends.
The only concern I have is that the cheque I am waiting for in relation to my part exchange vehicle as not yet arrived through the post as promised by the business manager.
I hope this will be rectified when I call them tomorrow.

I can not say enough about my experience with Jennings Kia, they were professional and more importantly listened to me. Why I say this is I went to other dealers that weekend and was feeling very disallusioned with KIA. One totally ignored me for 20 minutes at which point I walked out, the other to be fair were friendly and let us test drive the car however at point of sale tried to sell me a white car which I did say on more that one occasion that I did not want white. Then a very rude sales manager tried the hard sell with the white car again at this point I walked out. Then I met Peter at Jennings and he was upfront, honest and listened to me and sold me a black KIA yes at last. I would definately say if you want to buy a KIA go to Jennings the whole team are brilliant. The car is lovely and we are looking to buy another for our daughter and yes it will be KIA Jennings that I will be going to.

Went to view a car I'd seen online. The greeting was pleasant and laid back. No hassle to get details and so apply pressure. So went back again, met Richard again discussed the car and my trade in and completed an easy part-ex and sale.

Within 12 hours I had bought a car a big thank you to my son in law who works for Jennings Ford as a mechanic who we spoke to0 and he highly recommended Kia as a car to go for. We then rang up and spoke with a gentleman in branch called Malcolm who was a real pleasure who rang me back about five times and answered all my question a big thank you and brilliant customer service thank you and well done on the first class service.
