Just picked up our sportage I am on mobility and gary irwin at jennings washington was brilliant. I had had a problem with my renault and found it uncomfortable we had researched the kia range and when we called into the dealership gary was so helpful arranging a test drive and listening to us talking us through everthing. The car itself is fantastic so comfortable its a pleasure to be in I would not hesitate to recommend a kia to anyone.

good service, nice personality of salesman. only reason did not give five star is asked a question about what happens after the three year on two visits and was given two different answers. This is a disability car.

Dealer did a good deal after haggling by telephone, and gave me plenty of time to sort out insurance, eg cancelling mine and set up the deal via kia. However inisited I handed my tax disc when going through the hand over procedure. This was not mentioned at the haggling process, I felt that this was not right and the tax disc was in my name. Otherwise good. I was not introduced to the service department as in a seperate building to the showroom, but told where it was. I decided to purchase the service plan but had to go back to the salesman which was odd. I paid by card then left otherwise a good experience

From walking into the Washington Jennings Kia show room for the first time, I was not put under any pressure, I was initially looking for a second hand car, but my parents has recently bought the Kia Rio and are really happy with it, so I was persuaded by them to get a new car, the Kia Rio 2. Peter was wonderful throughout, explaining everything to me including different finance options available to myself, nothing was a bother to him. The car was ordered at the start of February for delivery 1st March, the only disappointment I had was that e car was not delivered until 4th March so I did not get it until 5th of March, which I was totally devastated about, I wanted to drive the 13 model on the first date of registration, so had to wait a few days. But bar that major disappointment which was out of Peters control the service was excellent

From walking in the showroom, the guys there were lovely! Like every showroom I have been in I awaited the sales patter and hassle, how wrong I was, no hassle at all only help when I asked for it! Wow, the guy who helped me buy mi kia picanto was just great, very helpful and friendly, I found buying my car a dream and a experience I have never had before, I would highly recommend a kia car it drives a dream and eye catching, I cannot praise they team highly enough! Well done guys! Not only do I have a lovely car but I feel like I was the important 1 not just another sale, spot on I'm a very happy kia owner! When I first entered the shop, I had no idea what we were looking for but all of the financially viable options were quickly explained to us and together we negotiated the best deal for us.

The salesman Richard was very professional, we did not feel under any pressure, he gave us lots of advise and assistance to help us make our choice of car that that met our needs. The car was presented to us on the day of delivery in an exceptional standard and again he gave us lots of help to understand the controls of our new car.

Just bought a Kia Sportage at the Jennings Kia Garage at Washington. The service couldn'g have been better. Gary Irwin the salesman was extremely helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him and the garage to anyone wanting a good deal on a car with excellent service.

I have found the help given by jenningskia fantastic, we had a slight delay with the delivery of the car however Gary Irwin smoothed the issues out and got me a replacement vehicle until my Kia Cee'd 2 was delivered.

Gary kept me informed and upto date on delivery and informed us every step of the way

I purchased a KIA Rio from Jennings Kia and couldn't have asked for more. My husband and I are particularly fussy and pedantic consumers and have bought new cars from BMW, Mercedes, MINI and Ford. We have also had used cars including Chevrolet and Volkswagen. The customer care we received from KIA was impeccable and as good as BMW if not better. This is the first time we have purchased a Kia and I had my reservations initially, but have to say that the quality experience of both the dealership & the car itself has been very impressive. Gary in particular is an excellent salesman, not pushy and listens to your needs. He also went the extra mile to ensure we had our car delivered asap when it was going to be delayed. Totally recommend Kia as a manufacture and the Jennings Kia dealership at Washington.

The showroom was well laid out with a good variety of Kia car range,on show.Liam the salesman was very good in his knowledge of the car I was interested in,and gave me an immediate valuation for my car that Intended to part exchange.All the stages in purchasing a car was explained, and picked the car up ready and waiting in the car showroom, as the snow was very heavy,and appreciated the handover in the warmth of the showroom,I would recommend a visit to Jennings Kia Washington

Top notch customer service,

The last time we bought a car thirteen years ago, the experience was a bit surreal and daunting. To be fair, buying a new car expense wise is second only to buying a house,therefore, unless you are very rich, committing to a substantial financial outlay and signing on the dotted line can be and was traumatic. I can remember thinking shall I?, or shall I not, can I trust the bullying salesman? is this the right car for me? the salesmans emphasis was predominently on buying the car at all costs. Let's be honest, car salesmen in the past have always had a shady reputation for coercion and pressure selling, so although I did buy the car the experience was not enjoyable.

So flash back to two weeks ago, after a painless telephone conversation, my wife and I had an appointment with Peter of Jennings Motors Washington. We were both keen on the Kia Sportage, but based on our previous experiences we were nervous, we need not have worried, Peter was straight to the point, polite but no messing around, he laid out all the options and spelled out in detail the advantages and disadvantages, the various models, colours, diesel, petrol, automatic, manual etc,, etc.. in an absolutily straight forward, even matter of fact manner, no pressure to buy, only to get the right model to suit our needs.

Peter left us to dicuss the options , later we asked that he take us for a test drive in our chosen model, once again Peter obliged advising us of the pro' and con's as we sped along, we were impressed with Peter's in depth knowledge of the chosen vehicle.

Of course we ended up with the car we wanted, the right colour, engine and model, part of the deal was the part exchange option, which we were happy to take advantage of.

Only one week later we went up to Jennings Motors of Washington and picked up our brand new Kia Sportage with its seven year guarantee, everything went so smoothly, no hitches at all, no trauma or trepidation. I can honestly say dealing with Jennings Motors has been a pleasure, thanks for the coffee Peter.

We were shown the controls and operational elements before we set off with our new car for the first time, Peter said " are you happy with everything ?", I said "yes we are" he answered "OK if you are happy then I am happy and remember we are only a phone call away if you have any worries or concerns about the vehicle, just give us a call"

Can't ask more than that.

We have only had our new car two weeks at time of writing,but we are looking forward to many years of trouble free motoring, with the back up of Jennings Motors, I'm pretty sure we will have them.
