The staff at kia jennings were very helpfull when choosing my rio and when contacting me to say it had finally arrived and on collection.They were not pushy and made the whole experience a pleasent one. I have no problem with recommending them to my freinds and family.

a no hard sell approach from any staff - polite and understanding - giving space to veiw and tinker about with the cars with no pressure - sales staff when requested gave an excellent run down of the all the features of the different models- test drives available - again no hard sell - we were chaufferd off site to veiw other modesl that were not on show and even told of a model in another dealership to veiw - which we did - but came back and made a purchase "purely on the grounds of the great customer service given"- well done to Gary and the team

The service that i received during the purchase of my new Kia Rio was outstanding, i was made fully aware of changes, delivery times., company policies and procedures etc... throughout my purchase.

The whole experience purchasing a Kia from Jennings was excellent. The staff were polite and knowledgable and negotiations were no hassle. The car is great and the minor issues we had have been resolved quickly and efficiently

we called in on the offchance of buying a car just research really but a good deal with interest free finance persuaded us to purchase a car
the only bugbear was the wait to have a small fault on the paintwork to be rectified

Bought a Kia Pro_Ceed 4 from Harp at Jennings Kia. Travelled from Blackpool to Washington as you offered the best deal.

Car is fantastic - I always look out for something a little bit 'different' that you don't see a lot of on the road - the Pro_Ceed 4 ticks all the boxes. Happy with everything at Jennings - sorry to take the car off Harp but he's a car salesman and will have adjusted to life in a new motor !

Would use again definately - no problems.

disabled people can some times be made to feel diferent and misunderstud but i felt at ease as gary the moterbility salesman was so good at his job he made me feel more like friend than a customer he is very nice lad and a credit to your compeny hang on to him if you can thanks gary

We ended up getting an upgrade to a metallic colour - the costs of which were footed by the Dealership, this immediately made an enormous difference to the first-time buying experience!

The car took a while to be delivered - this is the only point at which I felt there was a lacking; Communication wasn't at it's best. Working in the auto-trade I understand all the variables that affect shipment/ delivery but I was never met with reason as to why the car was not at the dealership on several of the occasions it was supposed to be delivered.

All in all I'd give 8/10 - Got the car, it's fantastic and the aftersales care is spot on.

Arriving at the showroom we were able to park with ease. We were given time to browse around and were not "pestered". As soon as we required information Gary the salesman was at hand and was able to answer all of our questions not only about the car but also advise us about the suitability of the car to meet our requirements. He was efficient and ensured that the whole experience was stress-free. We got the impression that this was a really genuine service and are confident that any queries or problems will be dealt with in the same way.
