Five Stars!!
I have used JenTel Packing a number of times to collect, pack, and ship (both within the UK and internationally) items from auction houses and they consistently provide excellent service. They're very responsive, their rates are fair, and everything arrives well-packaged and it good shape no matter the size of the item.
I am going to make JenTel my shipper of choice from now on.

GET OTHER QUOTES - Very Expensive
I wanted one box of items collecting from a local auction house. I got 3 quotes - Mailboxes - Proovia and one other. I then saw the Auction House reccommends Jentel, so I asked them for a quote too.
Jentel quoted more than DOUBLE (without insurance) one of the other quotes that had insurance, They were 75% more than the second company and 50% more than the third. I can actually get ParcelForce to collect this lot from the auction house and deliver to me for £12 - the lot didnt need "packaging" as such just the box taping up, which the auction house agreed to do for free - so ParcelForce could pick up.
PLEASE FOLKS TRY ELSEWHERE - DONT JUST GET ONE QUOTE - Save yourself lots of money
Jobsworth staff. Poor customer service.
I had an unpleasant experience of dealing with a rather jobsworth and rude member of staff over the phone in relation to a quote. A decision was made, based on the poor customer service experience, to engage another courier service provider.
Good riddance, JentelPacking!
This company has lost any touch with reality. The pricing approach used to be competitive a few years ago when I starting using their service. Unfortunately, customer attitude has changed and the quotes for collection and shipping skyrocketed now. The company priced me £70 for the very same job they quoted me £37 two months earlier when I forgot to confirm the order.
The answer below is another illustration that JentelPacking broke with reality. The initial quote of £37 was for the very same lots they quoted me £70 two months later. I failed to confirm the original offer and items remained uncollected and when I requested to refresh the offer they increased it by nearly 100%. JentelPacking nowadays is by far THE MOST EXPENSIVE shipper. Whenever I had a chance to compare MBE, Postit4me, APS, Part and Parcel all come up with the quotes cheaper than JentelPacking.
The real answer to the situation is that JentelPacking is hugely ineffective and, therefore, expensive. Avoid unless you wish to pay through your nose!

Jentel took payment for delivery of an item from Toovies auction 2 weeks ago , I am still waiting for delivery, tried contacting them but to no avail, very poor service I recommend you look elsewhere
The reply below is not correct, I have a copy of the email I sent Clare stating that I needed the parcel expedited
What ever the reply, dispatch took far too long, only reason it was dispatched today was because I spoke directly to them, indeed during the conversation they still quoted mid next week which would have been 2& 1/2 weeks

Straight Up Extortion
Straight Up Extortion. Got a quote from this company to ship an item to me. they wanted over £50 + VAT. This is not acceptable when the item is small and not delicate. Ripping people off because they can and due to the pandemic cant go to auction houses. If you cant collect your items, dont bid. they will rip you arm off at the root. The Auction Houses need to look at who they use. There is no need for this kind of OTT behaviour other than to make extreme profit from people DONT USE THEM

Beyond my Expectations - by a mile!
I had bought a very delicate porcelain sculpture at auction in the UK and the auction suggested I use Jentel to collect, pack and ship the item to me in Ireland.
To say that I am astonished and amazed at the effort and expertise applied to packaging and delivering such a delicate item is an understatement. I am flabbergasted and immensely grateful, especially to Terry, who devised and carried out the packaging.
Well done to all concerned at Jentel, and I know now who I should have been using over the years. Needless to say, they are my go-to company for this work from here on.

UK shipping to US
I won an expensive item at auction in the UK and needed a secure, safe way to get the item back to the US. Jentel was outstanding. They picked up the item at the auction house secured it, then packed it and shipped it to me so the item arrived in perfect condition. USE THEM, THEY ARE FANTASTIC.

Jentel Packing was recommended by the auction I purchased from. I called them and they explained the lead time involved for when I would receive my purchase. The cost was very reasonable indeed. They then kept me informed throughout the whole process from picking up to packing and confirming shipping details. Very friendly, communicative and helpful people. The final package turned up and I was very impressed by the level of packing to protect my rather delicate auction purchase. These guys certainly know how to pack delicate items. Great service and will be using Jentel for all of my purchases from herein.

Auction lot of a wide range of 5 items packed
The company packed an auction lot consisting of a wide range of items meticulously and with great attention to detail especially an old oil painting that was badly in need of a new frame and looked quite distressed Nevertheless it was given the full treatment and all arrived safely I shall certainly use them again

outrageous prices
outrageous prices . one lamp 12 ins high charged me £86 , do not get a quote from Jentle , they should not get away charging these prices Mailboxes do same job half the price. UPDATE, the reply from Jentel is equally outrageous, MBE ship pack and post exactly same delicate items to me , this is no excuse to rip customers off like this. I even told Jentel that they could exclude a couple of this glass items from the quote. no its a RIP OFF. and other reviews have said exactly the same as me. I post these delicate items off around the world, put the two items in separate double boxes , bubblewrap well, I can do this to Vietnam for £50.00 !!! UDATE. response, yes you make your money by collecting and packing, I agree, but your price for this item £86.00 is a total rip off. I have never seen such a high price, like I said I use other couriers that do the same as you, and I will never ever ask a quote from Jentel again, because I can only assume that you charge this price for everyone, seeing as the other review she complained about your price of £82.00 for one lamp. You need to be fair and this price is simply unreasonable. Remember, I said remove couple of the items to make packing less, and I was told this wouldn't make a difference so your reply that it contained several fragile items is rubbish, as I actually only asked for the shade and was told even if you packed just the shade it would be the same price.

Bought a large bookcase at an auction the other side of the country to me and was recommended Jentel to pick it up and deliver to me. They sorted it all out so I didn't have to do anything. Clare kept me informed and delivery could not have been more perfectly timed to suit us.

The quality of packaging was second to none, and I was extremely grateful for safe delivery of some china plates. The cost was on the expensive side, but the packing explained this in part, and I live too far away to possibly pick up. The only other point is to expect at least two weeks from the item being collected to receiving it. Very glad to have my purchases so well cared for and delivered intact.Customer service was prompt and poilite.

Way too expensive now
I purchased 2 unframed, unmounted, A3 sized prints from an auction house 55 miles away for £36 inc of BP fees, etc. The weight was less than 150g, and could have been tubed for delivery, though the auction house does not offer a packaging service. I contacted this company for a quote. What they came back with was in excess of £60 with VAT. It was so excessive that I even emailed back to confirm they were looking at the correct lot, which they were. I realise that many people cannot get to sites owing to lockdown, which may explain the inflated cost, but this is a lot more than I have paid previously for a 20kg lot sent using this company, and the packing element would have been minimal on this lot.

Jentel packing - superb service and care
Jentel packing picked up 4 auction lots for me from Cheffins auction house, packed them and had them delivered to me. The two large packages arrived safely and the contents (paintings) were not only in perfect order but were AMAZINGLY well packed. The care and attention to detail in packing the paintings was quite superb! I would definitely recommend Jentel and would use them again without hesitation!

Arrogant
Yes you paid for next day delivery with the courier Royal Mail special delivery is that. It only cost £ 4.68 for a next day delivery by Royal Mail.... so yes I have paid for the packaging with my £ 30 plus payment...
However you did not pay for us to pack and wrap the same day. We deal with 150 + Auctions and have a queue of clients waiting usually it is up to ten working days but this has been dispatched earlier due to it being Royal Mail.

I chose this company to collect ,pack and deliver.
I chose this company to collect, pack and deliver a very delicate and collectible ornament from Cheffins auctioneers. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer focus from keeping me informed of when the item had been collected and packed to when I would receive it. The parcel (large due to the packing) was delivered on time. Upon opening it was apparent the quality and care taken with my parcel. A very strong new box was used, filled with proper packing material and taped closed. I will use Jentel again without hesitation. I can and do recommend them as first class. Thank you Jentel. A+++++

Terribly rude and unpleasant to work with. Will not choose them in future and do not recommend at all. I’ve had much better experiences with Mailboxes etc.
Update : it’s amusing that your reply here is so polite when your direct message was hostile. I will not ever use your company and stand by my recommendation to use someone else.

Poor service from JENTEL
I won an item at auction on 16th December. Paid for it the same day and immediately contacted JENTEL regarding collection of this very small light weight item and, delivery to my home address, they agreed to do this. Parcel finally delivered to my door today 20th December, over a month after JENTEL were instructed to collect etc. Taking into account a few days off for Christmas and new year, JENTEL provided a very poor service, all for a very expensive £42. Will not use again. Worth noting the courier JENTEL use, APC, also provided a poor service, no communication regarding when parcel would be delivered.
