Always other couriers first
This is the second time I have had a quote from Jentel and it is laughable! the first was from the Reading area, this one from West Sussex, they want £37.26 to post 2 pens in their cases, fortunately the auction house charged £14 for the same but faster service. Always try elsewhere before you buy!
Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service. Items always arrive well packed. I have used this company many times and will use again.

Completely non business friendly
Completely non business friendly. Happy to take an order to pick up from an auction house. However they don't tell you it will be almost two weeks before collection. Having hundreds of pounds tied up in an item waiting in the South of England for collection is totally unacceptable. Go elsewhere for packing as this company will keep you waiting with no good reason.
Slow and poor service
I paid in advance for collection and delivery from an auction house in the UK. JenTel Packing collected the item. I called several days later and was told that the item had been picked up but they had a 10-day turnaround time and could not guarantee delivery in less than 10 days. They said that they could not provide prompt service, like other companies, because they deal with so many auction houses and are only a small business. They represent themselves online as a major company. Their staff were initially very unhelpful. The manager called me back and promised prompt shipment, but offered the same excuses. No clear apology was given.
