Recent sales experience - X5
Having researched extensively online for X5 models, I knew I needed to arrange a test drive of my selected model. Rhianna was my first point of contact in the showroom, and was very helpful at setting this up for later that week. Following that, I decided to buy the car in question and throughout the whole process, Rhianna was professional, friendly and efficient, assisting with preparing a good deal on the car, and addressing all queries promptly. Definitely a credit to the John Clark BMW team! It's obviously easy to be swayed by the 'new car' feeling, but having previously used John Clark for 10+ years of servicing my last car, I've also found the service-side of the dealership to be a positive experience as well, and look forward to this continuing for many years.

Used bmw customer service
Went through to look at one car model, but preferred one from another location. After some negotiation on trade in, car was arranged to be taken to the closest garage for me to buy. There was a delay in handover as car wasn’t ready (MOT) which was a bit inconvenient but not Rhianna’s fault. She then communicated with me, and car handover was done on agreed day and process was slick.
