Good Service

Came and collected car. Explained every process.

As usual... JCMG staff are professional, courteous and competent. It is a customer support environment that is always exceptional, if a little busy sometimes.

Booked appointment for recall on motorbike, bike was in and work done in less than 2 hours.

Dropped off bike for 18K service, collected courtesy bike, got phone call when job was completed, then went back for collection, easy, straightforward, job done, very friendly staff

I would recommend BMW as it's a company I have loved being a customer for and have enjoyed the 4 years I have owned my BMW. The cars are all made to an extremely high quality and I like that there is a set service plan in place so that your vehicle receives the best maintenance possible. I like that on visiting the showroom, you as the customer are always put first and there is aways a great selection of cars and motorbikes on show. My BMW is extremely comfy as well and is a car i would recommend to all family and friends, which is something I have already done.

I was impressed as they were able to take my car the night before, and collect, close to closing time without any hassle at all. I was very satisfied with the mechanic who contacted me, explained advisories and was not pushy at all to have them fixed.

It was extremely easy to do business with them as they made contact with me advising that I needed my car serviced and what work was needing done given the age and mileage of my vehicle then providing a quote there and then so I knew what to expect on collection of my vehicle. I liked that at no point did I feel pushed to make any decision and it was all my own choice on what I wanted done to my vehicle whilst maintaining my full BMW service history. I will absolutely be doing business again with BMW Aberdeen.

Nice pleasant girl called and arranged the service. She organised my car getting picked up from my house and returned. Was txt and got details as service was entered the garage and when finished. Car was washed and cleaned and delivered back home. First class service 👍

The whole bike buying experience was pretty good, I mainly dealt with Jim but also on occasion, Simon. Both are professional and courteous. The bike was delayed but given the time of the year that wasn’t really a problem, both Jim and Simon were open and honest around the delay, as I said though it wasn’t an issue despite the anticipation of a new bike! My ‘old’ bike was picked up from my home and my new one dropped off, as I wanted to have it ceramic coated before using, not having road grime to remove first was great, so I appreciated this service. I didn’t get all of the accessories I’d expected with the bike and the ones I did get were faulty, a manufacturer issue and not a dealer issue but nonetheless I’ve been kept up to date by both Jim and Simon and hope that BMW resolve the issues before it becomes really inconvenient.

Great service from start to finish, kept well informed throughout and a courtesy vehicle provided. Yes it may cost slightly more but knowing car is fixed with genuine BMW parts is satisfying.

Always super helpful and go the extra mile. I dropped my car off and had planned to walk to work but it was tipping it down with rain. I was going to call a taxi. They organised for a driver to take me to my office. I am so grateful.

Happy with booking process and also service at John Clarks but what they charge could be reduced, can get the same service from else where for almost half the price charged at dealership.

After 3 prompts on feedback I have decided to write the review. Booked in for a sit and wait service appointment which stated 90 minutes. Service took 3+ hours. Provided feedback directly to branch.

Professional, helpful, excellent customer service.

From booking of service appointment through online check-in, service personnel were very professional and helpful. Online process easy to follow. I had a couple of issues with the car that were added to the service list and required the car service date to be pulled forward by a week, This was accommodated without any delay. The costs for the repair were communicated to me for approval, prior to work commencing. Car service was completed, car cleaned and car released to me at the time advised. New service plan activated after discussion with JC rep. Very smooth operation, timings were accurate so I didn't have to waste time waiting at any stage the process. Overall excellent customer service.
