Bike Service & MOT
Received a call asking if my bike could be serviced and MOT'd a day earlier than planned. No issues from my side so the bike got picked up with the courtesy van and dropped off again the same day. Good communication and friendly staff.

Warranty repairs
Initially they told me there was nothing wrong with the car which later proved to be wrong, after discussing the issues a few times over the phone / email and finally they acknowledged there was faults with the car and that they would assign the job to one of their master technicians and touch they seemed to have rectified the problems now, time will tell but overall they do quite a good job on the service desk regarding communication with you considering how busy they normally are.

My motorcycle was in for a recall…
My motorcycle was in for a recall issue, ( nothing Major ) it was all done within 90 minutes or so, had a lovely latte whilst I waited for for my motorcycle and before i knew it I was getting the key handed back to me telling me that the job had been done.

Stick with JCMG instead of 3rd party garage
We always get great help & service from John Clark.
SMS & updates on what's happening with the vehicle & sound advice too.
We foolishly had a Bosch turbo replaced at the Bosch centre - which wasn't installed properly, but John Clark fixed the issue.

Car went in for a recall
Car went in for a recall, all work was done as expected and on time. Technician carried out and vedioed a car health check, which I found very helpful in understanding the condtion of the car.

I was told I would receive a free valet…
I was told I would receive a free valet and vehicle safety check as my car was recalled to have a new airbag fitted. I was also told it would take some time so arranged a courtesy car while the work was completed. I took time off my work to make sure I got my car to the dealership on time. On arrival I was informed it would only take twenty mins so I just waited. Car was returned with no valet or check and I had taken time off work for no reason. Not great service I'm afraid. No way of me replying or changing review to BMW Cars. Can you do this for me. Thanks
