My first range rover experience
Alistair was very pleasant and helpful, was always available for a phone call if I had any questions, he was very clear with the information he was giving us, I'm not great with doing forms online but he guided me through it step by step, all in all a good experience.

RT motorbike 12k service
RT motorbike was in the workshop for a 12000 mile service. All matters were attended to and the bike checked over thoroughly plus a video of key safety features was sent to me. Excellent customer service from Andy C and the technician.

This experience with purchasing a bike…
This experience with purchasing a bike online and paying for transportation has been extremely disappointing. Despite everything going smoothly and even being approved, my finance was suddenly declined just two days before the scheduled drop off. It is highly frustrating to have to follow up on everything myself.

Ryan Westwater and his boss Simon have been nothing short of brilliant. From helping organise my original collection to being extremely attentive post sale too there is nothing I could fault. If I didn’t have a 7hour commute I would only use these guys for my future bikes and servicing!

Poor customer service and money stolen.
An engine management light was on after my car was returned from being serviced. When I called to inform the service dept. of this, the service co-ordinator became quite flippant and eventually hung up on me.
I also had a small amount of money stolen from my centre console, which has been mentioned to three different BMW staff, yet no-one has done anything about this.
