Motorcycle was in for nearly a week before it was even looked at , then on hand over I was given a different motorcycle , again a wee bit more communication with customers as had to engage contact first

great staff
I like the staff, always helpful and polite. I didn’t like that I had to wait 2 weeks for a diagnosis of broken front springs that took less than 2 mins when I finally got there. I wasn’t pleased, but didn’t make a fuss, that when the mechanic came to replace the springs I was charged over £200 more to release some fixings that were corroded. I essentially had a quote for the job not an estimate. If there was a chance of extra expense on what is a fairly straightforward job, then that should be made clear.

Work carried out - excellent …
Work carried out to an excellent standard on my BMW RT motorcycle. MOT’d and a new rear tyre fitted including a thorough technical discussion about the shaft drive system. I know that when I talk to Andy and the mechanics they are extremely knowledgeable and take pleasure in looking after a client of many years.

Exceptional sales service!
The sales service was exceptional throughout, from my initial visit to view the stock in Tayside, to the final collection of my new bike.
The lack of pressure to purchase is so important, as is the clear guidance and information given, the handover process was also smooth while at the same time being extremely helpful and informative.

12000 mile service …
I booked the bike in over the phone through the call centre. Andy from Dundee called me the day before it was due to confirm exactly what was required.
Bike was dropped off. They carried out the work exactly as asked. Reasonable price considering a main dealer. Very happy.
