They were helpful and I was pleased with the service however 3 times I asked them to change my home address and it is still not done so the address they have on record is wrong and has been for a year
The service and customer care was good on the day but after informing them my address was incorrect and had been for a year they still failed to get the new one - instead they were more interested in whether I had downloaded the Mini app
