How long should a two hour job take?
A two hour job to replace the wiring loom which had worn through ( the second one on this car yet NOT a manufacturing fault) and to then diagnose a fault with the SCR Active tank took from 11am until well after 4 pm. The SCR active tank replacement was the only option offered although other manufacturers offer repairs to defective components in similar circumstances ( often the heater element won't operate due to the wiring fault and as a result in crystals can form in the adblue mixture which in turn can affect the level sensors or pump) . BMW customer relations have proved to be less than useless in response to my complaint.
Despite only responding to a review request, I note that this is for BMW motorbikes when my review was for John Clark/Tayside BMW cars.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Motability car ordered early October. Went into branch 6 weeks later to see if any build slots had become free only to be informed the order hadn't been processed. So, BMW sitting for 6 weeks with my £500 deposit and no car even put on the system. We are still awaiting refund and now taken our business to another dealer. Get the distinct feeling this substandard service wouldn't have happened if we were 'not Motability'. Now 6 weeks behind order of a car. Appaulled and extremely angry. Shocking service!

Lee was very helpful ....
Lee was very helpful and showed me around the car. He qualified me properly as a customer. He also dealt with the issue after the test drive very professionally. His manager however was a bit rude to me on the phone, accusing me of being a time waster and erratic driving that caused an engine warning light to come on.
I would however still consider buying a car from them at BMW in Dundee.
I also recently bought a new VW California from Clarks Aberdeen spending over £70K. The service there was top notch from Steve and Gary.
The search goes on for my Coupe to go alongside my camper.
