5 Star Treatment, Happy Customer
I had a issue after getting my vehicle MOTd and a fuel treatment.
Now to be totally honest, how they dealt with my feedback after a small issue was absolutely outstanding.
Im a great believer in how companies react when you say it was poor service.
Peter Stuart had reached out to me, to offer outstanding customer service.
Let’s say, a small issue was resolved in very professional manner.

We had an amazing experience working with Scott Gray! From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, kind, and never pushy (which we've had before from salesmen and it just put us off).
Scott genuinely wanted to help us and made sure we got the best deal possible. He’s super knowledgeable about cars and took the time to explain everything, which really put us at ease. Paul was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Despite an issue when I was due to collect the car, Paul was very apologetic and did all the he could to ensure that any inconvenience was kept to a minimum.
