New BMW 1 Series M Sport
I recently purchased a new BMW 1 series M Sport from John Clark Dundee and the entire experience was outstanding. A special shout out to salesman Jordan Spry, who made the process seamless and stress free. He was highly professional and took the time to give me a thorough, detailed walk through of all the tech features before I drove away, which was incredibly helpful. The dealership offered very fair finance options and a great value on my part exchange, making the financial side of things straightforward. As for the car itself - it is absolutely lovely to drive, and the automatic gearbox is incredibly smooth.
I highly recommend both John Clark BMW and Jordan if you want a hassle-free, premium buying experience!

I Had a very Honest and Open sales link in Alistair Grant (And formerly Heather) - Initially an online / Calls then I visited to view CAR - I was Annoyed that car had multiple minor defects but it was dealt with well. The handover was also good. (Supported me in Private plate etc).

Good old fashioned service, nice to see it's still alive and well.
I bought a used BMW 135i from BMW Tayside, my sales rep was Alistair Grant. Honest, decent and thoroughly professional throughout. I prefer the no nonsense, but customer focused approach. Alistair did all he said he would - and more. Absolutely delightful to deal with and he sat and explained all the options and extras I could purchase. Minor snags sorted out successfully, with great advice too. The purchase and transfer was concluded seamlessly. Why would I not be happy. Very happy to recommend Alistair and BMW Tayside. Well done, keep it up..!

Buying a car here was a smooth and straightforward experience. Lee F. was professional throughout and patiently answered all my questions—and I usually have plenty before committing to a purchase!
When I picked up the car, it was spotless and fully charged. Lee even followed up a few times post-purchase to make sure I was happy. He told me I could reach out anytime, and he truly meant it; he even called me on his day off to help with a query I had about the charging cable. A well-deserved 5 stars for John Clark BMW and Lee F. I'm hoping for continued smooth sailing with the car and service!
