Excellent experience at John Clark BMW
Great experience buying a car from John Clark BMW! Alastair was really helpful throughout the journey of finding and purchasing a car. Even when we changed our mind for another vehicle after the deposit was paid, it was no trouble. Alastair and Heather were both friendly and easy to deal with. The car was presented beautifully and we have piece of mind that it has been prepared to a high standard. Also if we do have a problem, I know that John Clark will deal with it promptly. As a long term customer, I don't look elsewhere for a vehicle for my partner or myself.
Also, the trade in price offered for our old car was more than we could find on any online site!

I was pleased with the help I was given re the model and specification of the vehicle. On collection of the vehicle I was picked up and brought to the showroom, the car details were well explained and there was a follow up call a few days later.

Good friendly service but…
Good friendly service.
Set up car up with my phone.
Happy with car and wheel/bodywork protection packages.
Dislikes….ordered car with £25 fuel.
Car came without the fuel. Got £25 refunded.
Car clearly had not been valeted. Had to get that done myself. Spiders webs inside. Slight smell. Unclean inside glass. Tyres not black dressed, etc.
Was not offered valet or refund to pay for valet when I mentioned to branch.
I did expect car to be fully polished and clean upon pick up.
