Visited John Clark in Dundee ‘just for…
Visited John Clark in Dundee ‘just for a look’, was met by Paul Blanchard very quickly, who was extremely helpful and encouraged us to take the car we were looking at for a test drive, sorted insurance, gave us the keys and said you have a hour. We fell in love with the car and a deal was done, was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience for us. Paul was complimentary on the car we were trading in. We collected our new car on the Thursday where Paul spent a lot of time showing us every detail of our new one, very informative and comprehensive hand over, left with a huge smile on our faces!

Smooth process /minor niggle
Glenn and Lee ensured a smooth process during the purchase and handover process. Disappointed that the car did not come with the ‘M” branding decals on the side wings which they should have been as it is an M Sport model. Neither Glenn nor Lee could explain why. Glenn ordered badges which are to be fitted (hopefully by a tech and not by myself). The V5C form details also appear to be incorrect as car listed as alternative type fuel car which it is not. I’ve contacted DVLA and filled correct details after discussing issue with Lee. Extra work which I didn’t really want.
