My experience at Audi dundee was very smooth and simple, Gareth my salesman was very helpful and the communication from him was consistent during the process of getting my car.

Did my deal with Kris in Dundee for my Audi A3 really lovely easy going guy to deal with. Kept in touch explained everything nothing was a problem. Would definitely go to this branch again.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and his unpressurised demeanor was encouraging without being overbearing.
I nearly missed out on the car, as originally the website stated No Longer Available, and I'm very glad I telephoned anyway to enquire about similar vehicles, as he was able to clarify that Dundee Audi simply hadn't taken delivery of it yet.

I visited your Dundee Audi with my sister to initially think about changing my car, but hadn't thought about doing it on the day. However the moment Brett Williamson introduced himself we both that Brett came across warm, friendly, knowledgeable and put us both at ease,he never once was pushy or didn't take the time listen, offered us both his advice and was honest and open from the word go. Brett was fantastic ,took his time, we both felt that his sole focus was on us and expained fully things that I didn't understand or needed more clarification.
