John Clark Skoda Aberdeen overcame the delay with my new order at the factory by acquiring a Octavia SEL that met all the criteria and more of the one we had hoped to get in June from another Uk Franchise.

Jacyln was very helpful answered all the questions put to her. The service provided with the pickup from the airport courtesy car as well. All in the dealership were friendly and helpful.

I knew what vehicle I wanted. One of a colour acceptable to me was in stock and a reasonable trade-in allowance for my existing vehicle was offered. Advantageous financial terms were explained so agreement on getting the new vehicle was speedily reached.

Even received personalised video advising me of the car in stock. Quick response to any of my queries. Highly recommended salesman who will aim to please the customer and nothing is a bother. Alex is a superb salesman. He explained everything step by step and although I had owned an Enyaq for 3 years he carefully went through all the dos and donts with an EV.
Otherwise the car was well prepared by the service guys.

Great advice from Chris at start and Alek was really helpful seeing the deal over the line. My previous experiences with car dealers is they are very pushy and macho which is off-putting, these guys are nothing like that. Love the car too :)

First class level of service from the whole sales team. From the initial contact, which included a personal video message and tour of the car I was interested in purchasing, the team were very accommodating and made sure I was happy with every part of the process. Recently had to buy a new car after someone wrote off my old vehicle. A stressful situation. After visiting several showrooms I decided to give Skoda a go (usually opt for VW). I was looking for a smallish car and the new Fabia stood up extremely well next to VW Polo and Audi A1 for value, functions and good looks. Dealt with Alek, Chris and Stewart. All brilliant/ patient and helped me choose the car I wanted. They also managed to swap an en route factory car, so I could have my preferred colour. Aftercare very good, so far, just waiting for some mats and a tyre kit :)
