Fantastic service and help from Aleksandar Atanasov. First time customers of John Clark and Skoda, so we were little unsure of what to expect, given previous purchase experience with other companies. Very satisfied with my new car
Very satisfied with my new car. Sales staff were brilliant. They were all very friendly, experienced and professional throughout my dealings with them all. They could not do enough to assist me when purchasing my new car. Nice clean surroundings with a good selection of new and used vehicles. I would highly recommend anyone viewing the ŠKODA brand of vehicles. As I said the sales team were great to deal with. 10 out of 10 for service for me.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, especially from Jaclyn (John Clark Škoda Aberdeen). Not long in the role but was friendly, helpful and if she didn’t know the answer went and found out. Found all staff friendly and approachable, in person and on telephone.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Callum Buchan was very easy to deal with and answered my many many questions quickly and efficiently. I believe I have been given a good deal and there was movement on the price offered by the dealership. It's also handy that I've had the car for a couple of days now and I love it.
