For the first time in many years have I had a reason to visit John Clarke Specialist Cars Skoda in Aberdeen this week for my new Skoda Scala to have a Full Valet service done on it and a completion of a Ceramic Coating done also.
The main person in charge of the precedure was Chris the Sales Controller in Aberdeen Skoda and he was exceptionally helpful in every way and kept me informed as the progress plus arranged a loan car while my car was being done. First Class Service
Car was booked in for a software update.No delays when dropping off car at 8.00am. Service staff had all details to hand and a courtesy car was waiting. Was updated by text message with progress during the day. Car was given a free comprehensive health check which included multi point tyre tread depth which was really useful to know. Car was cleaned and waiting for collection at time agreed. Staff very welcoming and courteous. Cannot fault the service in any way. Thank you John Clark Skoda Aberdeen.

Okay experience
Things I did not like.
Older sales persons did not seem interested unless I was going to make a decision to buy a car that day.
Offered lots of incentives for products I did not want or need.
Disinterested in a cash sale and pushed finance.
On line portal not useful, but stuffed with paper work.
No one provided the finance contract terms and conditions despite asking.
The reply email address did not work.
There seemed to be no way of contacting our sales person to change things short of driving in to Aberdeen.
Things I liked (Skoda cars, I’ve had 8 in total)
Young sales person was enthusiastic and helpful, he went out of his way to show us the cars.

Top class service!
I received a top class service when buying my new car - particularly from Callum. I was given the chance to test drive the car before the purchase and I felt there was no pressure to make any quick decisions. The communication was flawless and I even received a video tour of the car before I had even seen it in person. Would definitely recommend this Skoda branch to anyone looking for a new car!

I will advice you guys should stick to…
I will advice you guys should stick to only car sales as your garage guys knows absolutely nothing about car diagnostics and repairs .
My experience at your skoda branch in West tullous is traumatising.
Paid through the nose to get my MOT and they couldn't figure out an electrical fault but attributed it to changing my
ECU.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. I have spoken to the aftersales team at site and they have confirmed that they provided you with a quote to repair your vehicle, advising that you needed a new gearbox but that you believed your vehicle only needed a gear linkage adjustment and that you weren't very happy with the costs. Everything that was advised to you is all documented on your vehicle health check which was sent to you. The team also provided you with a copy in person that you had to sign so if there was anything you thought had been missed, this would have been the perfect opportunity to bring it up to the team.

Marcel assisted us on a car purchase and he was brilliant. Unfortunately after buying the car, after a day I felt the car wasn’t for me and the process of refund and giving the car back was quick, simple and smooth. We would recommend Marcel to anyone considering buying a car as he will definitely make the experience easy and keep you happy with your requirements!
