Excellent customer service. This is my 4th Skoda Fabia and the service has always been first class. They always inform you of what is needing replaced and await your decision to replace. They collect my car and deliver it after service which is first class. I would highly recommend John Clark Motor Group for their sales Department and service Department.

Good car, fair price
Recently purchased a car from Aberdeen Skoda, and enjoying using it. Purchase process was quite smooth, communications during purchase were good also.
There was an issue with after sales support, but it has been resolved.

So good we bought two in one year!
This was actually our second purchasing experience with Specialist Card Škoda Aberdeen. We bought a 2022 Enyaq iV and loved it and the service from Škoda Aberdeen so much that we ordered a second one (2023 Škoda Enyaq iV). A big part of all of this was our sales rep, Kevin. He has been, and continues to be, an ideal sales rep - personable and knowledgeable, helping us to make choices that gave us the cars and financing that meet our needs and priorities. His communication was also stellar. He kept us up to date and informed about production issues with the first Enyaq (they had to find some new supplies due to Russia invading Ukraine) and was just as on top of things when the production schedule moved up with the second Enyaq. And the pickup process smooth and enjoyable. Our sales rep covered all the highlights and gave helpful reminders without losing sight of the fact that we’ve driven an Enyaq for almost a year. But he also made sure to include fun and helpful tips and tricks he’s discovered. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend an Enyaq or Škoda Aberdeen.

great experience
I had a great experience buying a car for the first time, it was made super easy and stress free. Particularly grateful there was never any pressure put on me to make the purchase, whilst they happily put a reserve on the car I was interested in, and had it transported up from Perth for a test drive. Everything was explained to me really well, and would thoroughly recommend Skoda Aberdeen. special thanks to callum for all his help!

Efficient and effective.
All the work carried out by the personnel working for the company was done efficiently and effectively. All staff were extremely polite and we were kept informed at all times. The only negative was that the company did not have the required tyres on the premises.
