The main positive was the assistance given to me by my Sales Executive, Kerry. He could not have been more helpful and talked me through all the online paperwork that had to be completed and signed. There seems to be an assumption that every customer has the IT knowledge and experience to do this but certainly in my case, that is not correct! Kerry assisted me from selecting a suitable vehicle to the eventual handover and I could not fault his professionalism throughout the process.

I had done my research online, I was looking for a nearly new Skoda Karoq 1.5 sel automatic in grey, so I visited John Clark Skoda Dundee. If you haven't been before it's like a high end shopping centre but for cars. I walked into the Skoda shop which had all the cars beautifully displayed. I spent some time looking around the Karoq on display, nobody bothered me. When I was ready I went to the office and asked to speak to a sales executive, after a quick check the car wasn't currently available but would likely be available soon. I said I would like to buy it on PCP and I explained how much deposit I had and how much I wanted to pay monthly. After a check with her manager I was told that there was a great Skoda deal on the Skoda Karoq in the showroom, which was an exact match to my request, was available. I arranged a test drive the next day, in the car from the showroom, and it was amazing. I paid a deposit and collected the car a few days later. All the paperwork is sent to you via the customer portal. I read and signed everything on my pad, it is incredibly easy and needs to be completed prior to your collection date. Oh and yes the car does come with an umbrella and an ice scraper in the fuel cap. I'm still finding out amazing things about my car every day, two cylinder mode when driving below 40 mph, who would have thought. I would highly recommend John Clark if you are looking for a quality car. I bought a 2025 VW Touareg (8 months old) for a very good price. I was dealt with very professionally from the initial viewing by Sales Manager Stuart Jack who oversaw every part of the deal from the outset. My new car was ready for collection at the agreed date and time and all the necessary documentation was send via email in the interim. The only slight issue for me was that I added the option of a garage applied ceramic coating for £400. I was not overly impressed the standard of finishing as a number of surface scratches which were highlighted at the point of sale were still visible, so clearly, no paint prep had taken place. That aside, no complaints whatsoever.

From our arrival at Dundee Railway Station, where Jenna collected us, to the handover of our new car the following day, the John Clark team were consistently professional, helpful, and efficient. The bright, welcoming environment and genuinely supportive staff made our decision-making process much easier.
We were particularly impressed by the assistance provided by John (Sales Manager), Jenna, Alasdair, and this must also include Russell, whom we had met previously regarding a car purchase for our son.
Well done to the John Clark Škoda team for your outstanding service and efficiency. It was a pleasure dealing with you, and we highly recommend your dealership.

Stuart Jack was great from start to finish with regular phone calls and emails, and when I met him in person, initially for the test drive and later to finalise the deal he was friendly, polite and personable.

Jenna Keaman was excellent as a representative of the company from my initial call to the completion of handover. In fact, all the staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful.
Even the error in pricing was dealt with in the right way.

Car was as described. Sales person was polite and helpful.

Firstly the car was exactly what we were looking for, looked at cheaper alternatives but after minimal checks not happy with history.
Kerry was spot on not pushy very informative and made the effort to let us pick the car up on Saturday (very busy day).
