Great selection of used Skoda cars, 1yr warranty with our car. Matthew our salesman was extremely helpful and friendly, he insured me to take the Scala and Kamiq cars for a test drive. He explained the finance options and extra options like paint and alloy wheel care plans. Nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to John Clark car sales. Highly recommended 👍👏

Joey our salesperson was informative, polite, smart attentive and easy to communicate with. He took time to go over the car features clearly.

However, the copious amount of online signatures required to complete the sale - some of which were for add -on maintenance packages which I had already refused, resulted in exacerbation of severe pain in my hand and arm due to a pre-existing condition.

I was told that the company had a green policy of online document completion but I think that all customers should be offered the alternative option of in person completion of all paperwork as a matter of course.

1 Miss sold Audi A4. Audi advertised as low price £18.500 due to high milage however value is £16.500.
Body work and service would take a week to complete only body work polish was completed on collection no second key. or service history completed.Sales managers advised service history is on line and that car was still under warranty, however this is not the case as no service has been carried out on the car there for the 3 year warranty is no longer valid.
Sales managers advised he would get a service carried out on the vehicle and get a second key. After numerious calls to book the car in for service with a request for the service to be carried out in a more convenient location to me in Audi Hamilton, this request was refused and service and second key would have to be carried out in Perth John Clark Skoda and the car would have to be taken to Audi to code the key. This is booked in 15th of August two months from sale of the car. The sale was all conducted online not giving me much time to read and digest the interest and finance agreements. The deposit was not put all put towards the finance and the statement was confusing and the admin fee was very high £145 considering everything is done online ? I have lost all confidence in this car and the sales manegers at the Skoda Perth

I have dealt with Thomson and Potter and Alan in particular for nearly 20 years and the service i got this time was first class as always even when there was a problem with the retention of my personal. number plate which was my fault it was dealt with by the staff very professionally

When we needed a car quickly, they were very helpful, quick and understanding. We had no difficulty at all in the process and are very happy with the standard of the vehicle, its cleanliness and condition.
