Exceptional customer service
I recently received a car from John Clark CUPRA in Dundee. Was really happy with the service I received from the staff. Our sales agent Joe was excellent and his customer service was extremely helpful in choosing the right car. He was very helpful from the start of the process and kept in touch throughout the process. Joe was professional and very knowledgeable. I would return to him and purchase another car.

Stuart at the Cupra John Clark was fantastic! We were struggling to decide about a new car, but he truly helped us, and we managed to get to the bottom of what we desired! Everything was explained well; it wasn't pushy in the slightest, and things were really easy.

Daniel Ellwood Salesman Experience
A quick review on a recent experience with Daniel Ellwood
So my Daughter purchased a car from John Clark Skoda Dundee and delt with Dan Ellwood it was a huge purchase for her especially not being able to see the car as we are in South Wales.
We were put in contact with Dan Ellwood and from start to finish he's been absolutely brilliant he's a credit to John Clark Motor Group.
His communication , Attention to detail , Honesty and the trust we gained we honestly cant fault him from start to finish.
His Video presentations were amazing even showing us a video of the underside and engine running and the car being loaded onto a transporter ( 5 Videos in total )
I would not hessite in dealing with Dan again

Steven was friendly, professional, and gave good advice. He took time to listen and understand my requirements for the new car, and after a few days, found a fantastic option for me. The purchasing of the car and setting up the finance was painless and quick through great use of online applications, and the car was made available and ready for me very quickly.
