Fault diagnosised correctly and repaired.

They noticed something which I wouldn’t have been aware of and fixed it. There’s an ongoing issue re repair damage but that’s another story.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful, and in no way patronising like you find with some dealers, they also sort out any issues in a professional manner. My wife and I have had five Seat cars from this dealer and would have no issues whatsoever using them again.

Had a free health care check a week before the MOT. Everything was given a green tick so it should have passed first time. It failed with lots of advisories. Clearly there was no health check given and cost me a day's pay when I had to wait for the work to be carried out for the MOT. I ask for explanation and was told they would look into it and let me know. Never heard a thing from them at specialist cars Aberdeen

Absolutely fabulous service from the whole team but especially Harry. I have changed my mind several times, asked daft questions and probably been very needy but it has all been met with politeness, humour and NO big sell! Very impressed, will be back in 2 years to get hubby his car.

The cars salesman I dealt with at Dundee Seat was fantastic, Joe. Can’t fault the service I received from him.

However, since April, I have taken my car into the garage 3 times about my tyre pressure light. Each time, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the tyre. Each time I went back, i felt as though I was being questioned about if the pressure was even going down & getting told that the warning light wasn’t even on when I left my car there. I constantly had to fill my tyre with air each week and knew there was an issue. I tried to call three more times to take it back, and I was told someone would call me back… they never did.

After having my tyre pressure light on consistently since April, being told there is no issue and never getting a call back, I have since taken it to another garage for a tyre check. They showed me a concerning photograph of the inside of my tyre - there was 4 puncture repair patches in a cluster, on the tyre wall. This is so dangerous and I had previously highlighted to John Clark garage that I travel a large amount of miles, and I just wanted the issue solved.

I have tried to call them to discuss this as I do not understand why they told me they can’t find a fault multiple times, but have clearly been putting patches on the tyre. Why weren’t they honest in the first place? I have been extremely frustrated, but even worse now, the state of my tyre has put me in danger for months. Incredibly disappointed & I can’t even get through to talk to someone.

Excellent service at SEAT Dundee from Murray Boyle and manager Heather. Very easy sale of a new car and trade in of old car which was no trouble at all. Murray was not pushy in his sale and was very laid back in a good way which was refreshing compared to experiences at other dealerships. I bought and picked up the new car in less than a week and the car is of great quality.

Salesman was very helpful, knew details of models available and calculated monthly payments on a variety of models and circumstances.

Customer service was fine, however really disappointed to get charged for a technician to look at my car about a potential warranty claim as the cars brakes grind every time you brake first thing in the morning or after you’ve left car overnight, this started at about 3,000 miles on the clock, it’s really noticeable.They said it’s fine they all do that these modern cars.funnily enough my Leon Cupra never done it, So got a free health check video I never asked for but charged £34 for a technician to look at it, pretty funny I thought as I pulled away afterwards with my brakes grinding.
Was going to use for my servicing but not too sure now.

This is the first time that I have had reason to use the services at Dundee, having moved north recently. My vehicle was not registered at this location but was quickly identified on the Skoda system.
On the day, I was regularly updated on the progress of the inspection and had the details of the results explained fully.
No complaints from this customer.
