After ordering a car from this dealership last year, to then be told that the monthly payments that I was qouted were actually higher than the agreement, this was by the sales coordinator who stood in for the salesman who was busy at the time ,was flabergasting.

I was then promised that it would have to be looked into and get back to me that day , which never happened.

I then called and spoke to the sales person that I was dealing with and he confirmed that the price was in actual fact the same that he agreed last year .

I then cancelled the car
on speaking with the coordinator as she was full of excuses rather than being honest and saying she made a mistake. Total lack of trust at this point .

After raising a complaint regarding the experience, I was then told the sales manager would contact myself regarding my complaint which has never happened.

I will mention that the sales man was fantastic through the whole experience, such a shame the sales coordinator wasn't the same .

After many years of using the JC motor group for many cars, it was time to move on .

I booked in advance for warranty repair investigation, MOT, end of warranty check and minor paint chip touchup, taking full day. On arrival, they were expecting only to do warranty repair investigation and MOT. They added the end of warranty check (reported nothing was found ... so I don't know for sure it was actually done), but said they did not do paintwork - even though there was a guy on site doing some that very day! Asked for evidence they'd agreed to do the paint, but I'd already sent that in advance.
In summary - what was the point in arranging things in advance, as no attention was paid to requests and even their feasibility?

First class service and swift work carried out!

Had been looking around for a Seat Mii, Skoda Citigo, or VW Up for a while. Found a 2017 Seat Mii advertised at the Myrekirk site. Viewed and test drove the car prior to preparation for sale. The car, fresh in, had a few minor issues which would be remedied before sale. During a short period of ownership further issues emerged which the sales manager agreed were unacceptable and agreed to take the car back and process a refund in full. Discussions with all staff at Myrekirk Road were fair, affable and measured, unlike a situation I experienced with a main dealer a few years back. And yes, when looking for a car in the future, I would consider Specialist Cars.

What a refreshing experience. Buying a car at its best can be a pain however John, Harry and Heather made it an enjoyable experience. As the branch Manager John was extremely welcoming and once we had decided which model was right for us he handed the reins to Harry. The search was on for the correct model in the correct colour and over a two week period I could not fault the incredible communication via email and phone. Joe and Heather were brilliant. Joe sorted me out for a test drive of the Formentor, was knowledgeable and good with sending me updates about my car once purchased pending pickup.

Heather was skilled in her job of the financial paperwork and negotiation side of the pairing with all business completed with relative ease.

Both Joe and Heather were great communicators and it was pleasure to purchase my new vehicle through them. Great representatives of the John Clark and Cupra brand.
