Excellent sales staff but once I left this area of service it was downhill from then a disaster from day 1 and the service dept nearly cost me a £1000 fine and points on my license and they fail big time to follow through on their promises of financial reimbursement wish I had bypassed this dealer and Renault overall now in the throes of cancelling service contract and alloys wheels and bodywork contracts

Wanted a new car was apprehensive about coming into garage but both the experience in Nissan and Renault garage was not as daunting as I thought it would be. Alan Bell in the Renault talked me through the process and made it all very easy. I needed to pick up car early on Thursday and he came in early in order for me to do this.

Avoid this dealership
It's very simple. When my wife bought a Renault Clio last September only one key fob was provided. I was assured by the salesman Lewis Kinniburgh that the second fob would be provided within a few weeks. Since then nothing has followed. Lewis, in true salesman fashion, disappeared totally, never responding to either calls or emails, but none of the others I spoke to responded either despite empty promises of immediate action. Avoid this dealership.

Matt is a credit to John Clark Renault Aberdeen
After a poor start with one salesman, my daughter and I went back the next day and saw Matt, a different salesman - chalk and cheese!!! Matt turned our experience around and I was delighted with the time he took to make sure our 2nd visit was so much better.
