Lewis Kinniburgh, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the car and the time he took to walk us through everything made the experience feel easy and straightforward.
He really listened to what we were looking for and made sure we got a deal that suited our budget, which we really appreciated. His involvement made a big difference, and we never felt rushed or pressured at any point.

Recently we decided it was time to…
Recently we decided it was time to change our 15 years old diesel Land Rover for a Dacia Duster 4X4 Hybrid. Being elderly, having little knowledge in new technology and on top of that English is not our native language. We realised it will be a big challenge not only for us but a bigger one for the person we'll have in front of us. It was a young man, Scott Arthur at the Renault Aberdeen branch. He has such patience, even finding translations in our language when necessary. Answering all our questions. A very good experience. We went back home with a second hand Dacia Duster 4X4 hybrid less than 1 year old, looking great and exactly in our budget.

Helpful and engaging staff from reception to sales, we felt well looked after. Happily surprised at the availability of the vehicle we were interested as we only went in to test drive the Renault 5 and ended up purchasing the car to be delivered in just a few days with all the extras we requested. Excellent post sales service so far too.

Excellent sales staff but once I left this area of service it was downhill from then a disaster from day 1 and the service dept nearly cost me a £1000 fine and points on my license and they fail big time to follow through on their promises of financial reimbursement wish I had bypassed this dealer and Renault overall now in the throes of cancelling service contract and alloys wheels and bodywork contracts
