Renault 5 Purchase
Purchased a Renault 5 from John Clark in Aberdeen and we are based in the West Midlands. Delivery was arranged quickly and everything went smoothly. Allan in the sales team was extremely helpful, arranged a video of the car to be sent and all was fine when the car was delivered 4 working days after initial enquiry. The whole process was easy and hassle free, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to end
We knew we wanted an R5, it couldn't be an easier sale to make. Having been disappointed with the sales and communication experiences of the two dealers closest to our home address, we turned to Renault Aberdeen and it has turned out to be a fantastic decision. On arrival, we were introduced to Lewis Kinniburgh and, from there, we couldn't be happier. He was clearly very customer focused from that start, guiding us through the purchase process, finance quotations and part exchange process. Once the order was placed, Lewis was regular in his contact, keeping us updated with the build progress, answering any questions we had and facilitating the addition of a couple of options after the initial order. Nothing was too much trouble, he was a friendly, engaging and customer focused in his emails as he was in person. Handover was very smooth with plenty of time given to showing the me car's features and ensuring i was comfortable before leaving the dealership.
We can't thank Lewis enough for a smooth, professional, personal and personable buying journey from start to end. As a representative of John Clark, he is truly an asset.

When purchased car
When purchased car, scratch was ment to be polished out when picking up car 1 week later, returned to pick up car, and wasn't fixed also wheel trims all scratched, no parcel shelf and full car not valeted properly. Agreed to a date to travel back up to adress issues, but when date arrived couldn't supply me with a courtesy car until few weeks later again. When returned for car all complete but car was still filthy inside. The person I dealt with was good salesman and genuine but was having to do too much regarding full garage. Also telephone communication was a nightmare as felt I was always contacting garage.

It was a day that we planned to visit …
It was a day that we planned to visit a number of car dealerships. But we didn't get any futher than Renault.
We saw a Scenic in the showroom, with its details displayed near by. Giving us the information needed for us to make an easy decision.
James from car sales was on hand to answer our questions and start the process. He kept us up-to-date with the different paperwork needed to be filling in and arrival time of the car.
On the day of our car collection, we had a few hours delay due to technical issues with computers. To ease our wait we where given a car to use to go for lunch, which John Clark Motor Group offered to pay for.
We have had our car for two weeks now, and are delighted with our Renault Scenic.
