The initial enquiry and agreement over price was dealt with very competently by Kevin. I was then passed to others to complete paperwork and make arrangements for payment and admin prior to collection - this was handled badly. I was given wrong bank details and did not receive replies to my telephone calls. After complaining I was passed to Tyler for the collection day arrangements - and he was very professional and empathetic, taking time to deal with my limited knowledge of smart phones and computers.

Very happy experience
Tyler and the team made buying my first brand new car as easy as could be! I was very happy with my experience and Tyler answered any questions I had and consistently kept me up to date. Being able to do the majority over email was ideal for me being a couple hours away from the dealership. Couldn’t be happier!

Sales good 👍 valet poor.
Sales people are very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for me,helping me understand the car I purchased.
Unfortunately the car valet was definitely not up to scratch 😕 far to many missed bit's not cleaned properly,which was a definite anticlimax to driving away a Shinny new car.
