Great deal, communication could be better
Went into showroom to look at a car and they were very knowledgable and not pushy at all. As I left I asked for my quote and they said they would email. A few weeks later and I had to email general enquiries to start again, as I hadn’t heard from two members of staff. Finally got back to me and matched my price from Edinburgh dealer. From then on they were great. Would have been a 5 star review if they had communicated better from the start.

I had a really good experience
I had a really good experience. My salesman, Marcel, was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I put to him - and there were a few. The delivery date was delayed but this was out of Marcel's hands and, on the handover day, all went well.

Kabir was great
Kabir was great. Really good communication and made the whole process to buy the car really easy and car was as described. The personal video showing the car and talking through it was great and saved us the trip to Aberdeen and make easier the decision to buy. Hand over of the car was also perfect.

Marcel was great, helpful, friendly and very accommodating to my questions and requests. The video walk through was very good and informative.
Got the car ready and made sure it was washed and clean so I could give it a thorough inspection prior to test drive. Collection day was seamless and slick.

Excellent service overall. I was kept up to date with everything. Marcel was very welcoming and explained everything well. Was a very smooth handover with a part exchange and everything was dealt with as expected.

Expected better
After sales experience (before receiving car) was extremely poor and unorganised.
No update on when car was coming unless it was coming from me.
Online portal burden - received 16 different access codes to view/sign documents, shouldn’t be this cumbersome.
Billing issue with optional products is ridiculous and needs refined
Wait time in excess of 120 mins to drive away vehicle, really not what you are wanting.
