Staff were very helpful . Bit of an issue with MOT not having been carried out to enable tax of vehicle at pick up date . This was resolved and vehicle was delivered to home address. Score should be 4.75 star.
No service history or MOT certificate supplied with vehicle as yet but hopeful this will be sent to my home address

Had been thinking about changing my car and had been happy with my Seat. Called at your new showroom to look and was delighted to recognise Steven . Although I had favoured the model I chose he was extremely helpful and once price with offers was met I decided to buy.Hopefully it will be as reliable as my previous model I’m sure it will be. I've bought my previous two cars from SEAT - from Steven - and loved both cars, a Leon and an Ateca. My mother has bought five Ibizas. The dealership is great, fabulous new showroom but still the same friendly staff. I always use them for the servicing too because they make it really easy. I made an email enquiry to Steven about replacing my Ateca and he came back with an offer I literally couldn't and didn't refuse. No hard sell, just a great deal on a new Ateca. They had one available right away as long as I was happy to change to automatic and it only took a five min test drive to seal the deal. 24 hrs later I was in possession of a very shiny new car which I love! Can't recommend the team highly enough for finding a car that you will love and meets your needs and making the transaction part as smooth as possible - and they really did give me a great deal! They were also there when I had a couple of follow up questions so you can trust that they don't forget about you after the sale is made.

Stuart was absolutely brilliant, he walked me through every step with great patience and clarity. Made the experience very enjoyable rather than stressful. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions with great detail, explained all my options and made me confident with my decision.
