I was totally delighted with the service I received when choosing my new car. Stuart Jack was helpful and patient, with subtle and mindful questioning, he guided me towards the best smaller car I have ever had. The car fitted my budget, is fun to drive and looks stylish. I am so grateful to him because he made what seemed like a daunting task totally seamless.

Salesman was very helpful with multiple enquiries, no hidden extras added to payment plan. Ordered car on a Friday and picked it up Tuesday morning. My 4th car from John Clark.

Stewart did an amazing job helping me pick my next car. Very welcoming answering all questions and queries. Made the whole process a piece of cake. Will be back to hunt him out to help my partner with his new car.

Had a great deal with Joe lundie at the Dundee branch of John Clarke motors. Joe was excellent to deal with providing a video of the vehicle. His communication was first class and of great assistance as the vehicle was being transferred to n.ireland. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and of course Joe and Ross.

Kerry listened to exactly what we needed in a car and found us the best one - an option we hadn’t considered! He then made the process very smooth and even came to see me on his day off to check the handover went ok. It is truly appreciated!

Sadly the experience has been very poor. Car was poorly valeted and had and still has a terrible smell from inside the car.No follow up call after I bought the car I have had to do all the calling to get things moving on. The newest 24 plate and lest mileage 1200 miles and the most disappointing car I have bought. Totally have not had that new car experience I was looking for

Twice inquired for a part avilable on their website but every time I got ingnored. Dissapointing

Harry the salesman was fantastic. I never met him but communication was excellent with videos sent of the car The car was delivered to Edinburgh in tip top condition with a couple chips seen to. Although I am miles from a seat dealer the warranty is comforting. Hight recommended

GOOD EXPERIANCES. I became a pensioner in 2019 so decided to buy my first new car at seat/skoda dundee i found the salesmen very helpfull and very accommadating to get your buisness at a price you want to pay. I change my cars a lot sometimes twice a year so i've had quite a few. I don't always buy new i like a pre-reg. Have had a few karoqs and atecas love them just bought a pre-reg ateca in february 2025 with 24 mls on it at a knock down price. So i keep looking for good deals there which i have had in the past. Alistair Grainger made our entire experience, from initial enquiry to hand over of our new vehicle, a very pleasurable one. Nothing was too much bother and everything went so smoothly. We did not feel pressured in any way and were so happy with the competent way our sale was handled.

Specialist Cars were advertising a very low mileage VW Golf 2.0 TDI for a good price. There were no photos of the car, as it hadn't arrived at the garage yet. I phoned Specialist Cars and spoke to Steven Rodger, Sales Executive. He was very helpful indeed and promised to give me a full report and a video of the car as soon as it arrived, which he did a few days later. I secured the car by leaving a small deposit, which Steven explained could be refunded if I was not happy with the car. I was travelling all the way from Birmingham, so only wanted to make the one trip to Dundee. I travelled up by train and stayed in a hotel near the station. Steven very kindly picked me up from the hotel the next morning and took me to the garage. I had only bought a single ticket so was hoping that the car would be as Steven had described. I had no need to worry however, as I was delighted to find that the car was in immaculate condition. I was also very pleased to find that it had been serviced, valeted, given a 12 month MOT, came with a 12 month warranty and had even been topped up with diesel. I felt I was able to purchase the car with every confidence and the drive back to Birmingham proved this was true. I am very impressed with Specialist Cars and would like to convey my sincere thanks to Steven, for all his help.
