Staff always friendly and helpful at Specialist Cars SEAT Dundee.
Car booked in for a Service and MOT on a date to suit us. A replacement part was required, but this was under warranty. Had the use of a courtesy car.

Happy Customer - SEAT Dundee
Joe at SEAT Dundee was extremely helpful when buying my used car. I had a vehicle in mind and was recommended to test drive another to help me decide which would suit my needs and comfort best. Honest, friendly and professional customer service
Joe helped us when choosing a new car. He was friendly and professional at all times. Not pushy in the slightest. We had a really positive experience and this is thanks to Joe. He came with me on a test drive and it was great having him sit alongside me guiding me on how to drive an automatic after driving a manual car for so long. He was patient and took time to show me the controls etc. Heather was friendly, professional and a great help too.

Eventually when the car arrived 9…
Eventually when the car arrived 9 months after ordering, it was supposed to be 5 months the sales team were very efficient and handled the whole process very professionally.
The delay was no fault of the dealer, but was kept informed of the delays and new expected delivery.
